The better help bit at the beginning… honestly amazing to see you sharing about your social anxiety. Just shows anyone can suffer. Anyway… back to the video!
Loving the videos of you seeking your handicap. To answer your questions about lake vs pond. Lakes are normally much deeper than ponds and have a much larger surface area. All the water in a pond is in the photic zone, meaning ponds are shallow enough to allow sunlight to reach the bottom whereas lakes can have portions where sunlight never reaches the lake bottom
Love watching these videos! My anxieties have been getting in the way of me getting out and practicing/playing recently, thanks for opening up about your own experiences it's reassuring to see. New motto 'just whack it'😆
Simply Awesome! Just subscribed after watching your round. Loved the confidence in shot selection and playing some holes a bit smarter. As an Australian living in Melbourne, we play all year round. From 0 degrees Celsius at an early tee time in winter to 40+ degrees in summer. Mid to high 20 degrees with only a slight breeze = perfect weather.
Haven’t seen a vid of yours in a while, and your swing has really changed. Looks so solid and positive. Great work. Maybe I should try this practicing malarkey.
Having followed you for quite a while Mia I must say I’m impressed at your scoring and progression in the game, I see a very low handicap in the future for you! Great vid thanks 😄
Certainly some good golf today Mia glad to see those draws with your Driver instead of those weak high fades to the right, must be all that bowling in the nets with Ollie. Looking like your Hcp might be around the 12-15 number.
Thank You Mia for being so honest about your mental health at the beginning of the video. It's important people can open up. Great video I do enjoy watching your videos. Not a bad start considering it's the first time since you have played in the UK.
Your putting stroke looks good and relaxed. Reading the greens is always difficult, especially if it's your first time on a certain course. Pros play a course multiple times and work out all the angles on the greens before the tournament begins. I would think your hips are past the ball before your club face hits it which could cause you to pull the ball to the left on iron shots. The swing seems nice and relaxed, though. I only see good things down the road.
A pond is a body of water in which the sunlight can reach the bottom and plants can grow everywhere. A lake is a body of water that has areas so deep the sunlight cannot reach the bottom.
Love watching you play golf and playing of 5 is hard because l was doing that to of 5 l always said if l broke 80 that is good for me enjoyed the video Mia
So I just saw Garrett from Good Good saying he could be a pro Cricket player. I Commented that you should arrange for him to face on over from Ollie and then Ollie try baseball to show the English can adapt better. After you all play a round of golf with the winner of the baseball, cricket challenge getting a few shots head start.
slice should be top fast, bottom slow, no? hah. Think you got yourself crossed up. Normally when you fire your lower half too quickly you'll hook! Anyways, great video and good effort. Keep it up, Mia B!
Looks like you're adding shaft flexion to your swing, your hands are working a little out from your body to inside get them a wee closer to your right pocket and to the left. Cold weather is good to practice in helps your mental game and simulates nerves
A beautiful girl, truly lovely individual and such a breath of fresh air , but this is just ridiculous, somebody needs to sit her down and tell her to not mention her Hdcap and just play the game and let her personality shine through. You can't keep showing a Hdcap of single figures and playing absolute shit, this happened in the middle east too. We like you for you Mia, stop the Hdcap nonsense and focus on the little things, like putting a grip down on wet grass and hooking it 10 seconds later in the heather . You are a lovely person, just be you and accept you're probably a 14 Hdcap.
I don't like the new handicapping system. If you're a 4.5 you should've shot 76 or 77 for the round. Your handicap for the 6 rounds is more like 11.2 which means you're shooting scores in the low 80's which is closer to reality.
When you first open an account with the England Golf app and until you have inputted 20 rounds - the app cuts your handicap quite harshly. Once you put more rounds into the app you notice your handicap goes up a bit.

I like to see the fun you have through the course. Your laughter give it something special 😊

82 is great! Your short game is the biggest difference I've seen. Keep crushing it!
Didn't realise you were this good, having only watched your earlier videos with the girls, well played, great vid!

Thank you so much!!!!

I have been watching you since you started playing on RUclips. You are really playing some good golf now. Congrats.

Mia u are such a well spoken lovely lady, and a really good golfer keep it up

Great job with the mental health, ahhh and it WILL improve your game among other more important things
Well played Mia ❤ the knee snap on your putting 😊😊
Will defo be a scratch golfer in future like me 😊👍keep it up
Love your swing, accent and outfit ❤
Fab stuff Mia 👍 your putter looks really short 😳 game looks good though 👏 x
Love the video, just wondering what Microphone you use for these videos, it's great quality!
Thank you!! I use the RØDE Wireless Go II
Mia i miss your hcp videos and golf girls 👭 ❤😊
I love you, Mia B!
Wow…that last shot was a killer. Nice round.
Thank you mia for the tutorial 🎉🎉
I can't either Mia , but you are swinging it very nicely
Solid golf. That handicap is not unreasonable. No reason not to get to scratch in a year.
Amazing as always 😂

What a awesome and cool video love it coooool
Well done! Tough course with marginal weather and you played very well. WTG Mia.
Hits it 20 yards left, asks "do you think my yardages are off?" 🤣🤣
Nice round.😊
Idk if you have looked into it, but a low carb/ sugar diet helps many people with this, including me. It’s a game changer.
What golf app do you use?
Love watching you play golf and playing of 5 is hard because l was doing that to of 5 l always said if l broke 80 that is good for me enjoyed the video Mia
If breaking 80 is a good score, you aren't a 5 handicap. The new system is utterly broken. Can't be off 5 and struggle to break 80.
What golf shoes are you wearing?
No double bogies! Looks like you took my class on how to turn a birdie into a bogey.
@RickShiels Would love to see a vid with Mia!
I'm following you since basically day 1. Lord did you improved !!
Terrible greens, did they aerate them the day before?
i think playing tips on any course under 7k yards will show you a better idea of hcp?...

Tough looking course that! Big fan of the camera work in this video too👍👍 That ending btw ☠️
The handicap system is ridiculous 😂
I like your hcp video and you always look amazing. And you play very good golf 😊😊😊😊😊😊
I'm thinking you'll be in the single digits when this is all over. That is HUGE for only playing for 3 years.
Looks like you're adding shaft flexion to your swing, your hands are working a little out from your body to inside get them a wee closer to your right pocket and to the left. Cold weather is good to practice in helps your mental game and simulates nerves
If I can carry it 230 yards….😂
You were robbed on 18, that green kicked you fair in the nuts, twice...figuratively speaking.
You could have put in more "Willy" ? What does that mean lol

Enjoyed that. Swing is so nice to watch - lovely and balanced. 🏌🏿♂️👍🏿🔥

Well done on getting your covid booster mate
