Just to add to the video. After legalization, you can go ahead and apply for your study program of interest for universities where legalized documents are a prerequisite. After getting an admission, one can go ahead and apply for the residence permit.
Thanks for the very insightful content. I have a question about applying for a bachelor's degree in Austria. Is the Nigerian O'Level an acceptable equivalent for the Austrian Matura for application for Bachelor Degree programmes? If yes, do you have any experience? If not, what is the expected equivalent?
I'm happy you found the video helpful. I did ask around regarding your question, and I got the response that one can use O'Level to apply for a BSc program in Austria.

Please do a video regarding early childhood educator. What are the courses we select to study in Austria to become Early childhood educator ...please reply ❤❤❤
I will work on this. However, German might be needed as this is an integral sector of the country, unless your target will be international schools (which will be limiting).
I want to transfer my studies from Finland to Austria, i only have my WAEC authenticated by the Ministry of Education in Nigeria. I plan to use my first year transcript from my Finnish university. Do I have a chance with this?
Surfing the internet and came across your channel and it’s very informative. If I may ask, is there age limit for msc for an international students? N.B 40 years
Authentication is a preliminary verification process where a government authority (for Austria, the ministry of education/ministry of foreign affairs) in the issuing country confirms that a document is genuine and was issued by the correct body. While Legalization is the process that makes an already authenticated document legally recognized in a foreign country. This is done at the embassy (here Austrian Embassy). Hope this helped.
Hello ma, thanks for this video. I have a question please, Am a single mum. But can my Dad sponsor me and my Son without the money being in my bank account? His in Germany. I Plan on going for Masters and am above 35yrs. Would appreciate your swift response ma
I'm happy to hear you found this video helpful. Yes, your dad who lives in Germany can act as a sponsor for you and your son. He needs to go to the responsible office in his city to see if he can actually sponsor you both, as this will be based on his monthly earnings.
@@ifychris9062 Thanks so much for your response ma, but what you meant by this is if he as the required amount that he can use to sponsor us right? Since his in EU how many months proof of funds would he need to show for it?? God bless you
@Ziggybabyboy-fn7xe Yes, that's what I mean. However, whether someone is qualified to give a sponsorship is based on their monthly earning. They would request for your dad's last 3 months payslip and they will calculate if he has sufficient finance after his personal expenses. The cap on personal expenses is automatically calculated based on each city and this is also dependent on the person status such as: if they are single/married, have kids etc.
Thank you so much for this info. I thought a blocked account was required. Good to know. How long should the fund sit in the account before applying for residency?
Getting a date appears to be impossible. No appointment date up to February. Pls advise me Thank you for taking your time to make this video. It’s informative
Thanks for finding the video informative. This means a lot. Regarding the appointment, there is unfortunately no other option for now. However, let's see what the new year brings.
