제가 먼저 레시피를 만들어서 공유하면, 참여자분들이 함께 만들어보고 후기를 올리며 건강식을 실천하는 챌린지에요.
몇 주전부터 음식을 준비하며 건강하면서도 맛있고, 환경과 가치소비까지 생각한 음식을 고민했어요.

I think coconut cream can also be used as substitute for the almond milk. Thank you for the easy recipes -- the pasta soup, creamed rice, milky gelatin. 😊🥰

Could you please write a cookbook? You already have the beautiful photography and you could tell a story about your day - describing what you were doing while you cooked the recipes. It would be interesting to read about your experiences related to the food, like memories of a recipe your mother cooked, vegetables and herbs you've grown, etc. It could have a chapter for children where Hami shares her favorite things to cook (or help to cook). She was so cute squeezing the lemon! I would definitely go to a cookbook to find your recipes. It's hard to remember the ingredients I need for the grocery store because I have to go back to the video and try to find it. Just an idea. I think a lot of us would love a cookbook😀

I was raised on cow's milk. Loved it growing up, and into my adult years until I began getting sick 4Q2015. So I switched to drinking almond milk and I've never looked back. Thank you for encouraging your audience to drink and eat healthy. I wish our green onions in America were as thick as yours are. And those tomatoes look amazing! Love the smoothies. I power-pack my morning fruit smoothie with the following nutrients: hemp powder, turmeric with a dash of ground pepper, flax seeds, chia seeds, 100% cacao, ceylon cinnamon, an organic supergreens powder, beet root powder, avacado oil, and honey. I like your idea with the smoothie in a bowl. Very pretty too! 👍

I love to watch your videos. The scenes are so beautiful and I love that it gives me a chance to be in a different world for a moment and escape from the stress I experience every day right now.
