Very great and intelligent discussion Saindhavi 👍👏👏 After 45, it has become very clear to me that I cannot make everyone happy , family or outside . This is when the importance of self care also I started realizing, so all the information you gave is true and very helpful 🥰🥰
Great topic of discussion! After going through all this crap my entire life, unfortunately even with close family members, I have now realized that I need to put myself first. I’m also realizing that my upbringing has shaped my personality into a classy & quality human being whose vibrations are at a higher level than a majority of people, who simply can’t match it. Again, I’m just stating facts not speaking out of arrogance. My 2 cents (easier said than done) Those of us who are open minded, think differently, view the world differently & are top quality humans need to focus on a few others who are also like us & give their time & energy to those people only. I’m in my early 50s now-late realization, but better late than never 😉
Hi Sain & Vinodh - I agree 100% and relate to all that you shared here. I think I'm gracefully (still) maturing and continue to learn from everyday experiences. The most hard experiences that I have come across are the ones to whom I poured my heart and unconditional love to guide them and lift them up (as they entered into the USA) and I thought and trusted (in my mind), have disappointed and back stabbed me more than once, when I least expected. My immediate reaction and thoughts were very painful, however, as time goes by (as you rightly said I forgive them but just could not forget the horrible experiences), I try to take it in a positive way and consider this as a "learning experience" and pray that I never, ever have to endure a similar experience with anybody in the future. Thank you for sharing this topic🥰
Súper mam !! Fits my situation aptly. One of the reasons I figured out is because of upbringing by our parents. They raised me to please people, paavam, punyam for everything… it’s hard to change in mid life
Very true Sainthavi, I had I thought 2,3 are my best friends in my different time periods, but making use only as their timepass... I realised very slowly, could not take them with me and also let them go... now I am living my life happy with few good people around me..
Hi Sainthavi… you are absolutely correct .. people over here are 100% selfish , being so close they hide everything important and they won’t tell anything ..they call only for any purpose and later they don’t even recognize us .. nowadays I m trying to refrain from all fake people around me and trying to maintain our peace and dignity so that we can atleast be peaceful for the rest of our life rather than spoiling our mental health… I like you and your topics you are speaking … very informative and true keep rocking sain…🎉
very apt to me,i came across this situation every time but still iam learning only .. iam telling myself.."don't keep expectation with anyone, then you won't feel bad".
So true. My wife and I have experienced this esp in Bay Area. Desis here are cut throat. They do sugar coated talking, take all sorts of help, info etc but cut us off completely from their social circle. How do we ever keep ourselves from pondering over such bad experiences?
Thank you for the lines ......so apt for my life. "ennaku enga pochu arivu". Should never allow anyone to drain us mentally.....learnt it after many years of living loyally with a toxic man😂😅
U know what sainthavi yesterday one event happened with me..i was totally mentally drained...when i open youtube today ur vlog with the same title popped up... Listening u was a great therapy i received...felt so nice that i cant even express..i really thank u for giving ur time for us...❤❤❤
Absolutely excellent video❤I think we are brought up in such a way by our parents or maybe because of our friendship group in childhood which made us what we are today! But whatever it is, as you said we just “FORGIVE and Keep Climbing our ladder of Life”👍
True true. Intha video moolama vunga athangathaium sollitinga avanga video patha avanga panna thappai vunarthuduvanganu ninaikren. Thank you for sharing this videos👍🙂
One lady told me she did not know driving on fwy . So, I took her on fwy everywhere she needed to go. Turns out she was just saving gas lol, she did drive on the fwy! She also fooled me out of groceries from time to time by making me bring them over to her home. Including rice & made me pay for her daughter's b'day cake. Made me babysit her daughter with emergency excuses that turned out to be a lie. Such a pathological liar.
Glad you have created your own circle of friends. I have been in the US for the past 19 years yet to find any good friends. How do we overcome insults by friend?
Hi Akka, Today's podcast super. 💯 you are my mind voice. I have faced the episode 's that you mentioned and shared in the podcast. Continue posting more videos akka... All your chennai videos superb 👌
Interesting podcast. Almost everyone is going thru this here I guess. Very hard to find original people anymore 😊 I am going to take this as a sign from universe and stay silent since we are going thru the exact situation and wondering what I did wrong? If our intention is good things will turn around if not jadhagam done 😅

For instance , my husband close friend, his wife dumb !! On my own I would not call her , she will and her English is awful . I told her bluntly, speak to me in telegu .End if . Really great points… I have to learn many things yet
Very good topic.. living in groups is consuming energy ..
Understand the pain. Most of the people hold them inside home because of this kind of experience. Does not want to show anything outside.
