Would 1 roller bearing instead of 2 ball bearings in the swing arm last way longer ? Or is a bushing the longest lasting method ? EDIT : damn 11:45 I'm a little to impatient it seems ^^
I love how knowledge beats the stupid design flaws on this bike, 2 ball bearings instead of a roller bearing, smh. Do you think 2 roller bearings instead of four ball bearings ( this montage doens't exist anywhere else lol) for the jackshaft ? EDIT: should have watched all the video to know Xp, thanks
I've already bought a new surron mid shaft and I and another one from Q-EMX... Which I don't want to install the Q-EMX until I can either buy "hopefully" The B. S Show's kit.. (If he decides to make some)... But I was trying to figure out why I was hearing a click'n or feeling that vibration in my feet... And I can only think know it has been these stupid bearing in the swingarm... Thanks for the video Buddy... I don't have any of your cool tools to do any of this... And I would prolly F something up if I was gonna do some surgery on the bike...
So after a little looking around... There may be a tool on MotionPro.. I'm not sure if it's a special order or if it's an existing bearing removal kit. (It's actually a tool from a larger kit).. You'll have to contact Larry from there and ask him for the Sur ron 10mm ID “1 side hidden bearing removal tool” (He should understand that.. And make sure there 3 nuts that come with it....
Im so sorry for the late reply I have been abusing the jack shaft that we finally came up with for about a year now and am happy to say it has held up well. Getting ready to do a production run. Im not very motivated to make money but i do like fixing problems. I will not send something out before im very sure the part will solve the problem encountered. Stay tuned we will announce when they are available.
K.. I will be intrested in on whatever solution you may have came up with.. I haven't been able to ride mine in past 10 months.. Might be outta commission all this summer too.. Due to an idiot in a Truck deciding to hit me head one... But rest asure... You can't break steel 😉🦸♂️..

@@joem8601 it did not for me, it seems some get a good batch and some get bad batches.
what size are the stock bearings ?
