Hi di I also get headaches while studying so just a suggestion u can use a roll on oil it's called "sensur oil " u can get it from any medical shop nearby it helps alot and it is ayurvedic it has a very calming smell too

This took me back to first year days🥺! Jitna tension abhi aata hai that can’t match any level of tension😂 university exams are like a whole horror movie! DW once you cross the barrier of first year, you get the hang of the whole system itne stress nahi aayega♥️

MBBS is difficult people need to understand it. All coachings have brainwashed students about life after selection.
True but coaching walo kii bhi glti nhi hai isme kyokii joo bacche usi chij ke liye prep krne aa rhe itni fees dekr aur jinka aim he hai doctor ban na to unko demotivate to kiya nhi jayegaa ye bol kr kii MBBS is very hard and all. Unko motivate he kiya jayegaa kii aache se padho mbbs kii life bhut aachi hai. Aur koi bhi aisa nhi hota prep krne walo me se jinko ye nhi pta hota kii mbbs hard hai.
