      @@bludika well he’s very accurate for sure and I know this is a super unpopular opinion but i don’t think he is truly that good… I’m learning this piece and I’m starting to realize how many notes he is missing. In terms of a piano RUclipsr traum is definitely the dream but in terms of him being a concert pianist I don’t think so

    0:55 the hardest part and other times it happens, other recordings including Cfziffra's crazy version drop down an octave at this part past a tenth interval i believe, but you haven't so yes you have a crazy accurate technique lol.

      Cziffra's jumps are faster, these jumps are like in HR6 ending

      @@Dylan-zd6hn I wouldn’t call it cheating, if you try going down an octaves you notice that it makes it even harder. Perhaps no long jumps. But controlling it is super weird.

    Your repertoire continues to amaze me. This is one of favorite Liszt pieces together with his second polonaise, die zelle in Nonnenswerth and his sonata in b minor. Keep being a legend Traum!

      This one is not even closer to the most difficult ones, which also have polyrhytmic rubbish, like one hand plays in 3/4 and the other in 4/4

      @@Cicen2 the 2nd sonata has 2 versions. The 1913, and the 1931. In my opininon, the 1913 version is much more beautiful

      bro Im sorry but he has already done the 1931 version, why not the first sonata op 28 in D minor? imo its the heavily neglected pair of the two even though it was composed at the peak of his mature years (written along side his 2nd symphony, the Isle of dead, and the 3rd piano concerto). i feel like it's broader in scope and Rachmaninoff seems to explore and develop the material to a greater extent and with more comfort! The 2nd is great of course but after a while I don't want to hear it again. Can listen to the 1st again and again and again.
