I’m not a native English speaking person but isn’t the name of the boat an awful rude way to great people as a visitor? Hopefully some joke or double meaning intended. American flagged?

why would you use the name of the boat as a greeting?

It could be seen that way, but in this case GTFO plan means the owners' own plan to get away from it all, so not really rude. It's just their way of enjoying life by sailing and travelling.
So, humorous in its own way.
