Kayak Rack made from scrap wood DIY

Had to get my two kayaks out of my shop building, they were taking up to much room which = cluster pit in my household, so I made a double kayak holder for outside. I had some scrap 2x4 laying around and had just enough towards the end thank god. No plans just built as I went along.

I don't have space inside for my 2 kayaks and plan to build some type of wooden structure in my backyardtoo. It wood be cool if I could add caster wheels to the structure for maneuverability. But not sure if there are any casters in the market that are suitable for permanent use outdoors and exposed to rain and the weather?

Maybe fashion two wheel barrel or dolly wheels to move the rack like a dolly if you need
