    This was amazing to hear Hal admit to having fear, depression, and anxiety, and that even he needed to re-read his own book and go back to the basics! Thank you Hal for being honest and vulnerable. (I’m on Day 18 of the 30 day challenge)

    exercise and take care of themselves. I used to exercise and I was happy. I strive for excellence. and do what I need to do. I meditated and I pump myself up.

    2% actual advice
    98% beating arround the bush with garbage rapport building pep talk. Like he thinks a person who wants a morning routine wants to waste a ton of time hearing him talking about his feelings.
