Sparus is highly committed to safety in the workplace and incorporates detailed safety procedures into our training courses and standard work processes, both in our corporate offices and in the field. We are dedicated to four Strategic Safety Goals. Safety Culture, Compliance, Involvement, and Continuous Improvement.
We’ve created a “Safety Culture” so that safety is involved in all that we do. All Sparus operations comply with OSHA and all applicable regulations, client requirements, and the Sparus written Safety Program. Our safety programs that mitigate risks and reduce hazards result in fewer and less severe safety events. The safety program continuously improves through corrective actions developed through assessments, investigations, audits, safety committee input, near-miss reporting, good-catch programs, and focused safety improvement. We improve workplace safety and health for all employees through personal safety engagement in everything we do.
Sparus takes great pride in our overall excellent safety record and we continue to educate, evaluate, and execute safety measures to further reduce the risk of any injuries or accidents. Sparus strictly adheres to all OSHA rules and regulations and focuses on encouraging the prevention of injury and/or illness.
Sparus has a culture built on safety, and we strive to make sure every employee is equipped with the proper tools and training. We believe that all incidents can be prevented and we continue to learn from new incidents to implement best practices and eliminate any unsafe behaviors.
