    Is it posible to manipulate the servo speed when we programmed like this?

    • @ClutchTFS
      @ClutchTFS Год назад

      Depends on if its a continuous rotation or fixed rotation. A continuous servo will let you control the speed it spins at but it has no way of knowing where its position is. A fixed rotation servo will let you control speed (technically), but also the position of the servo (usually from 0 to 180 degress like in the video).

      With a servo tester you are limited to just that, but with an Arduino this could be part of a bigger project of which the use of a servo might be just one part. I think this video is more about how to interface with a servo, rather than as a Standalone project.

    my coworker and I have prank-battle going which most recently involved sirens tied to timers based on my "im in a meeting" switch. I need to get him back. I'm dreaming up ideas. If anyone has any, i'm all ears. we're both chemical engineers, he's traveling half the time. His office has a fridge, a fancy computer setup, a Culligan water cooler and other basic office stuff. Unfortunately he shares his office with a cool dude that I like, but I'd be willing to have collateral damage lol. I'm not much of a circuits guy yet ( I dabble) but I have been thinking of something like a circuit connected to servos that push his ceiling tiles down onto him (not trying to hurt him though), or flips his keyboard. Or maybe something that is just annoying like a bell that rings when they open their door like a retail store. I'm not sure yet.
