YOU DO NOT NEED AN AVENGER to customize this car, you can use a Mobile Operation Center and you can customize this car in LS Customs but if you want the Missiles and Machine guns you’ll need a Mobile Operation Center

It's not expensive for what you get, in my opinion. It's a plane + boat + car that shoots missiles.

an 88 mph plane costs 300k,boats are cheap for the dinghy being like 120k+voltic the cheapest super car is 100k,and the missiles costed 100k that will in the actual accurate price equate too closely 600k,then we get an electric super car costing 2,6 million that barely catches onto others in terms of laptime

Charles Lecock I would disagree, the missiles on the Deluxo are more powerful and accurate u can hover on water, it can dodge rockets quite easily and u r more protected from people who are on foot
Charles Lecock sure it is cheaper but u r missing the main point, the Deluxo is the overall superior vehicle as it is more deadly in combat, and has many uses unlike the mk2

Marcio Destron man, even Gunrunning and even the Smugglers were somehow, but kinda realistic, that gave your character kinda like terrorist/ex army general feel, they were good for military style characters, but this new update, it's just a mess, all the garbage ideas they've had collected for 4 years, now had been thrown into this game, because they don't care anymore, I really wanted a dmc 12, but goddammit, not the flying piece of sh*t, I wanted a sport classic car, nothing special, not fast (just enough engine power to reach 88 miles per hour, lol), and this laser canon in your base, my gosh, it's like you playing c&c Generals, not the gta, I never liked people, who said "this game is dead", well, now I understand them

Actually the Deluxo is the death of many vehicles. The missiles on the Deluxo are the same that on a ruined or the vigilante but he fails to mention that so the Deluxo is very good at destroying oppressors and helicopters also you can evade missiles by drive straight toward them as it will pass by. The car can also be used in missions of any sort so there is also that bonus. Yes the car may be expensive but the car is better than what pyrerealm says it to be.

I can't use this car in the doomsday heists, I don't know about regular heists though. The vigilante can be used though, and the oppressor can't. I think the capability of flight is what's not allowing it to be used on heists

It is stronger than Oppressor. It has super-missiles from Ruiner 2000. One missile is enough to kill an Opressor, it always hits the target.

VenomSnake03 Not even! You have to drive to your import and export garage and manually drive it out. It gets really annoying if you're far away from it and you feel like driving it. Best part is, you can't sell the damn thing. You can customize it, but thats about it.

I am sorry but I completely disagree with you on this car.all of my friends and I have it and we use them all of the time. It has handling sort of like a helicopter so if you just spin and move to the right, you can dodge homing launchers. Also, the rockets follow vehicles so closely that they can literally stop in mid-air! It can even go on any terrain, water, mountains, flat plains. This thing can handle anything you through at it. I have literally taken down hydras with the thing. And I was too broke to buy the weapons for it, I just rammed the thing. I love this car.

It's really good dodging missiles. All you have to do is spin and the missile won't hit you! It's the best combat vehicle for that reason only. It's literally impossible to get hit with a missile and you can shoot your own missiles every second. Plus your missile can't miss, they're lock on to the max and they make U-turns like nothing.

Personally, I think it is a great car. I was messing around with it earlier and it was so fun. This isn’t a bad review by any means it is just that I think it is a really good car. I can admit it is a bit expensive but it is A FLYING CAR unlike the oppressor, it is smooth and you can not fall of AND you can really easily dodge missiles. Also, the hydra only take a street pole to explode. Plus, you can use (like me) an upgraded mobile operation centre to upgrade it. However thought, like I previously mentioned, this was a great review and keep up the good work. :)

The missiles on the Deluxo are some of the most accurate I've seen in the game. I seen one miss a target then turn around and circle until it hit it....all with 5 feet. :D

This is one of the best cars. You can do a lot of missions quicker and the speed on land is not that slow

I don't know, I really like the Deluxo. I've had it for about a week now, and so far it has served me exceedingly well. I'm a passive player unless attacked, so that might have something to do with it, but so far I haven't been killed in it. There was a guy who tried to kill me using a homing launcher, and he wasn't able to kill me before I knocked him down Mt. Chiliad by ramming him.
I too am a passive person unless attacked but I use it mainly for taking out all those terrible players using jets to bomb people since it's a perfect way to bring them down. Hell, I got into a dog fight and took them down in a minute.

This is definitely my favorite car in the game. I kept it stock steel color, added an OUTATIME license plate, and put on a set of whitewalls with red hubcaps. I feel like I have infinite iq driving this thing around.

It's practical for being the fastest vehicle moving to a target in missions. Think about the start of most missions. you start in your car. But with a flying car...

You can mod the deluxeo any where you want but if you want rockets and machine guns you need a moc/avenger with a vehicle Workshop.

You don't have to buy an avenger. I can confirm you can add the machine guns and missiles at an MOC, I did it at mine.

I see this as a Utility car. It is perfect for alot of missions. All the resupply missions for example. Destroying vehicles with rockets, picking up supplies in hard to reach areas like on the water or on mountains. You know the resupply mission from the bunker where you have to go to the Yacht near paletto bay? That is a perfect scenario. Also it is way better than the opressor when it comes to an accurate landing. Considering all that I find the deluxo to be a nice vehicle. Also you have to admit that it is just so goddamn FUN to ride around in.

It's actually a little known counter to the Oppressor Mk 2 if you know what you're doing.
The pop up box when buying the new facility base says that you need the Avenger OR the MOC

This thing can dodge rockets better than any vehicle else in the game with enough skill, it has a lowered hit and an invisible wall under it, due to the unusual hitbox it can dodge pretty much any missile and can dodge spammed missiles for up to 6 seconds
Also it good to take out ground targets too. Its so easy to aim with it
You are wrong. Homing missiles are never a problem. The manuverability easily beats them. This car is one of the most used these days. It also has homing rockets and moves much and much faster in hover mode - not fly mode. It has 3 modes. Ride is a nice fast car. Hover is a bit anoying to control but can get used to fast mode aspecially on water. And fly mode is when you pull the stick up and it opens wings. Car moves fairly fast at a sports car speed throught the sky and is very horizontally manuverable. Buy this car it’s amazing

Not to hate on rockstar games but they are going from perfectly price vehicles (that was a year ago) to majorly overpriced vehicles that cost way to much for what they are

RD2004 all the Lazer is is a faster Hydra with better handling but can't VTOL.

Just bought this and I love it, Its fast enough in air and very good on water and you can actually dodge homing missiles pretty well with it. It also has great homing missiles, easy to take out most of the vehicles.
While it is overpriced a bit, if you're reviewing it, even though it can you fly need to review what it's like on the road.
I got this at the trade price and modded it out completely and it's one of the best driving cars I've gotten, it's traction is amazing you can drive it wherever you want it to. And if you know how to drift it's absolutely perfect for it.

But it's pretty trash in the transform races. It's handling to me feels very slow and have on a few occasions gone on two wheels round a corner.

This thing is literally the best Fighting Machine. Missiles won’t hit you because you can really easily dodge them, and the Rockets lock on so fucking good, they literally never miss and make U- Turns n shit. Took down lots of Hydras, Hunters and Opressors with it. It really *never* misses

This thing is so stupid. They should have just added a normal DeLorean and cut the price down to under an arm and a leg. But I guess where GTA is going, we could just get a cyborg arm and leg replacement with rocket launchers and hover shoes.

This and the Vigilante are my favorite cars. The Vigilante is a fun car for obvious reasons, and the Deluxo helps a lot with CEO missions and crossing the map quicker.

Yeah, if I wanted a vehicle that’s kinda like the deluxo in terms of speed, missiles, fragility and can’t be used in heists, but trades in maneuverability, and the ability to transform into a car, for firepower. I’d get the savage

Look I know they need money ok? They make it so you would like to buy some shark cards and we get free DLC and that's cool I know they need a profit but like really? A 20$ shark card is only 1 mil! That makes almost all cars more then the actual game to buy!
Alice Trans Queen I've got or had most of the cars, definitely all the ones I want, I've never bought a shark card or used a glitch, they've given you plenty of ways to make money, just use them. If you have to buy Shark cards your probably playing the wrong game, maybe switch to angry birds and try again later

Here we're 3 solutions to your problem
1: grind, do jobs,heists,CEOs,MC
2:Do money glitches
3:buy modded account
Kevin Lentz if you just had the bunker and bought a load of supplies before you start doing missions or races or whatever, after a couple of hours you can deliver it and get 140k profit, that's 140k from literally 10 minutes of work, and the couple of hours while the bunker makes product you can make money from races or selling cars etc, even if you only played an hour or so a night you could still make a mill a week, and if you add the mc business and get find to help you can make quite a lot of money with most of the work done in the background while you do other things

What R* should do is put a time travel upgrade onto the Deluxo where when it hits 88MPH, you travel back in time and the textures change to look like San Andreas or another GTA game.

Kinematic I wouldn’t say I’m a fanboy of the game, but I do think that the grind isn’t as bad as you think. I’ve made 6 million dollars in a single Saturday just from biker businesses
This car is a Best Buy in my opinion. It makes doing missions easy, helps cashflow. Easy to get around. You can choose to drive, fly, or even hover it over water as a boat. The car is easy to shoot down if its caught in the open, but in the hands of a skilled pilot, can dodge a few rockets. Its offensive systems have lack luster guns, but the missles you can get on it are the best lock on/turn on a dime missles you can get. They are so good, you will feel like an angry modder blowing up things you've already passed in the air. xD
Instead of using the avenger to upgrade it you can also use a mobile operations centre but make sure you have a car storage upgrade in it

It is slower than the buzzard, but the missiles can't be avoided as easily as the buzzards. They are hella fast and accurate.
I also found out that the Titan Cargoplane can beat it XD

Thanks to its good maneuverability in the air Deluxo is quite competitive against the Oppressor. Would be cool if in the retro future Vice City every car flew like that.
Deluxo is fun and I've really enjoyed using it. You mentioned "better" options like the Hydra and Oppressor. I'm not sure how either one of these could be considered better. The oppressor launches you to certain death, and the Hydra is cumbersome and part of the Pegasus line. Both might be fun for some stunts, but they're just not very useful for the most part.
Everyone note this before you start grinding for an avenger. You can also upgrade it in your MOC which alot of people would have as it was released a couple months back now.

Considering this thing is insanely fast off road and on water because of the hover feature, and can fly indefinitely (unlike the oppressor) it's easily one of the most useful vehicles a player could possibly have
There should be a feature on the deluxo where if you get killed in it you have the option to travel back in time before you were killed to do something about it and then you’d straight away end up back in the live game world. Then it would appear in the corner ‘you changed history’ and the kill and death would be altered in the stats. That would be epic!

You can also upgrade the Duluxo in Los Santos, to fit weapons you can also perform the upgrade in a MOC (not just the Avenger)
This car is second to non on supply/sales missions and contact Missions that require you to blow your up targets such as the blow up 1 & 3, Trash Talk, Denial of Service etc this car and on double pay them you`ll cream the money.
Also it may be slow, but not many people survive a encounter against one.
The deluxo is much better than the hydra and oppressor in my opinion. Hydra and deluxo both able to hover in the air without crashing straight to the ground, oppressor cannot. Hydra is a bigger target than the deluxo and oppressor which would mean easier hit. Although the deluxo is slow if used properly in combat you will do fine to take out players or AI

Well... This thing is an absolute danger for helicopter and jet pilots due to the extremely aggressive homing rockets. (DONT come at me like: uhhhh the savage also has homing rockets !) I know the savage has homing rockets, but they are not as aggressive as the ones from the deluxo

The thing about the opressor is that you need a nightclub to get a terrorbyte to then put missiles on in. But all you need to upgrade a deluxo is an arena workshop
the reason for rockstar didn't get sued because the company that made the DeLorean cars which is the company just named DeLorean as well, is that the company fell out of existence during the late 80s so technically the Deluxo is not a straight copy is just a straight-up an original car that rockstar made

The car can be upgraded in a normal customs shop; and guns can be added in either the avenger or MOC
I would argue the deluxo is better without weapons and its fun hovering above enemy's while using your hand gun as the bottom of your car protects you for the most part.
