@@habibitnaya9278 100% true! I've never been good at building medium-large houses and small-tiny houses are more my speed (kind of like Tanya/Tonya I can't spell). I've been getting better at window placing, which I've always sucked at. (Landscaping, too)

I love the way you created a landscape that fits the world around it and then built the house into it! Also wacky yet functional layouts are one of my favorite things about larger mid century home where you can tell the architecture is an experiment!
I have only base game and island living and all I build is large boxes with some windows and then you slap on a door and roof and it’s 👌. But it’s so cool to see what ppl do with the base game

Thank you so much for this beautiful build! I just moved my fam in and everything was going great until I tried to use the easel and planters on master bed porch and found sims can’t path to it. So far I’ve tried redrawing the ‘room’ of the porch-no go; they can’t even access it with full walls on all sides(?! sooo weird!)-and I’ve replaced the sliding door, removed all nearby objects... anyway, if anyone has found this issue and/or has any tips to make it functional, I’d be really grateful! Thanks again for the amazing build! I was so excited to stumble upon your channel today and subscribed pretty much immediately. 💖
WOW. How do you visiualise the build in your mind i always have ideas for building but ı cant visiualise it when it comes to doing in the Sims. Great home, love it by the way💛
DynamicSpykitty57 you have to use the sims 3 camera and using the middle button of the mouse, the ones that let you scroll, you can orient your camera more freely. You hold the button and move your mouse around and you have an almost 360 camera angle
@@spykitty5716 you're welcome! I had trouble figuring it out, the same way you see all youtubers rotate the objects in all directions but no one ever tells you you need to use the sims 3 camera and hold alt + left click 😂

Moved the pool edge a row further away from the porch edge and that seems to have done the trick!

How did you rotate the counter piece on the wall without deleting the wall and then placing it backwards? Is it as mod?
Nope! Just rotated it and put it back. No mods.
