This could happen to Ohio state when they play Oregon. Oregon has had close games just like Kentucky, and they where in the Ol Miss shoes in those games being at home and the energy dying and where able to hold on, so going forward I think people will see that everything is stacked in Oregons favor going into that game. At home, battle tested, with the O line problems sorted out, and Ohio state will play their first serious game of the year? That’s gonna be their hardest road game by far and right off the bat with no warm up. Tough.
Although Kentucky fell flat on their faces against SC it was only the 2nd game of the season. This team will surprise this season as they continue to improve.
I think there's finally some parity in college football --- juggernaut teams like Alabama and Ohio State no longer have a stranglehold on the top spots
Ole Miss coaches and players should be ashamed of how they attempted many fake injuries to slow Kentucky down. TERRIBLE look, clowned by the announcers. Not a good look for your university or college football. Can’t win fair don’t play.
All teams fake injuries. They do it to slow down the opponent or give the defense a rest without using a timeout.
This is the best Kentucky defense since 1977, which was one of the all time greats. Their offense however, is pretty "meh"

@@mgers75 Benny was a special running back at Kentucky no doubt. But it would not have hurt to have had both. And Damien Harris at the time was a 5 star I believe, and Benny was a 3. Stoops been keeping those in state kids more often now though.
