- The zlrc sg906 pro is a really nice drone to fly, too bad I was having issues with the controller. In the video I was meaning to say Telemetry and not Tele Mentry, which I was referring to the controllers built in meters on a LED screen. So strange to see the controller saying minus meter range on it and sometimes the screen would be blank. The batteries are new in the controller, so I’m not sure what’s wrong. Hopefully my sd card was the problem of it not recording. I will definitely be making another video and in a different area. I will switch out the sd card, to see if that was the problem. Over all the video looked a bit more stable then other sg906 pro drones I have seen. So I definitely need to try a few more flights, the drones a nice and fast flyer. If this dvr and controller still has problems, I will have to see if I can return it. I bought it from Banggood and there customer service is not the best. So just wanted to be honest with everyone on that.

Hey there Donnie, nice first video with the beast. My beast has a few issues as well. First, the bird won't record to the sd card but only to the phone via wifi. Second, the time lag is horrendous (about 20 secs.) So flying fpv is really an adventure for the most part. The total distance so far for me was 485m and height was 135m. I can't send mine back so l am stuck with it. It flies great and is fast. The RTH works right to the spot of take-off. 21 min flight time per battery.

I’m not happy with Banggood and stopped taking there free products for review. So a lot of there products I review I bought it was sent from amazon. There just getting bad every year like gearbest .

It seems to fly alright but these toy grade quads most of the time don't have a good enough signal to fly far away, Good job Donnie.

Nice job Donnie! It is a shame they can't get these cheaper brushless gimbal drones' gimbals better. If someone could get a gimbal to just be on par with the Zino at the $150 range they would dominate the toy camera drone market. This one flies pretty good too though the range is meh.

The sg906 pro is my first drone and I am getting a severely delayed image (minutes not seconds). Also when I can't get the microsoft video player to play the video files from my sd card. What am I doing wrong? Is my drone defective? Please help.
A lot of people are having this problem, I’m going to test mine again. But my sd card is not working as well.

To solve control and camera problems... Try doing compass and gyro calibration according to the app and then the book. That's two methods. You finish all that with the gimbal stabilization by default. Just check it's in mode 2 before you launch outside.
Russell K. Bonney thanks Russell for the info, the drone did really well. It’s the controller that is faulty and is being replaced, also the dvr is having problems in every model made. Let’s hope the beast pro 2 3-axis gimbal will be better, I will have a video in the near future.
@@BIGDRONEFLYER77RC OK I'm still waiting for mine in a few days. I put an 8db ASUS antenna on the controller for the pro and got good control and video out to 900 meters before I hit RTH in the strong wind. I think the Pro 2 has a separate video 2.4Ghz and RC 5.8 ghz so I will have to put the ASUS antenna in the controller and a couple of dual band PCB antennas on the video trans.

Hi and thanks so much for watching. There is no serial number on the drone that I can see. I believe when you go to connect to WiFi, the serial number is in that group of numbers. Well at least that’s what the manual says.

If you find it difficult to start recording in the SD card, please try to push the record icon on the smart phone other than pushing the button on the controller.

Seems like always a risk to buy brushless in these price range as far as return or exchange goes better off waiting a bit or pay a bit more at Amazon. Btw were you able to retest the Syma drone with WiFi issues? Video footage not bad considering its WiFi and windy conditions.
I most buy on amazon just do to this reason. I need to get the Syma up again. Just haven’t been able to fly at the park. Thanks so much for watching.

Well I know one thing that plays great in the Wind cuz that's some high winds at 10 to 15 miles an hour and then handled really good in it that's a nice little quad bro and it flies really good and it takes an excellent video nice review and a nice flight bro that was pretty cool I enjoyed it thank you for sharing how's that back doing are you doing okay I hope so man take care and I'll see you at your next video be safe and happy RCing Bro

What can I do far as 5g....my phone doesn't support it,but I really wanna fly the bugs se fpv....but don't really wanna shuffle out $$$ jus 4 a drone!any advice?
See if you can find a iPhone 5s will support 5g and now you can find them dirt cheap used. Other then that you can fly the bugs 2se without a phone. I have added fpv on my bugs2 c and did it that way if your Knowledgeable about FPV.

hi, I prepare to buy this drone. May I know that is it always lost the video wifi signal ? I had tried the zlrc sg 107. It's video wifi signal just had a few meter long..
This drone is 5g WiFi and I got a range of 400m before the video 5g WiFi stopped.
Do you think the SG906 can handle force 3 winds ( around 12MPh ) Where I'm from we rarely go below force 2 unfortunately. Would you say it would be reasonably controllable ?
It handed 10 mph winds for me, but it’s pretty light weight. I have not flown it in any higher winds. Thanks for watching

Your better off getting a HolyStone hs720e or MJX bugs 20eis. Or a DJI Mavic mini
drone looks very nice but better safe then sorry its just the firts flight try a better location with less three's and less wind and hopefully it performs better

Hi, good vid.. just wondered, what file type do you need to format the sd card in?
I’m trying to contact the manufacturer for the format info. They do not list it in the manual, unless I missed it somewhere. So far 4 other reviewers and some customers are having problems with the sd card video footage as well.

Maybe your phone changes to your home wifi if the drone's wifi gets weaker?
It is recommended to put the phone in airplane mode when you connect to the drone.
And also you should go away from any wifi for 0 interference and no trees to have the perfect range. Hope this helps.

Hello, how to set the drone to record on an SD card? Mi saves videos and photos only on the phone - not on the card
These drones are all having problems with being able to record to the sd. I’m still unable to record to any of mine.
@@BIGDRONEFLYER77RC make sure it's not bigger than 32 GB. This solved the problem for me :)

You're standing on an elevated space above the quad take off space. That would likely offset the Altitude callibration.
The controller is faulty controller, the meter stopped working already at the level park I flown. Now it doesn’t show anything
Hi Just to say after extensive research found out that the Chinese company have little to no QC, Also the app needs replacement, Which is awful, These days nobody wonts to waste there hard earned money on a faulty product, Which is not fit for purpose?? It may work for Captain Drone flying a 5 minute review on a calm day on a flat field!! But in the real world its crapy!! Thanks 4 sharing,
I totally agree, I have the pro2 3 axis version on its way. It looks just as bad as the pro, I am not a fan of the HFun app. It’s garbage, at least for me. Well we will soon see if the 3axis is bad for me as it was for other reviewers. Cheers and thanks for watching.
The range test it depends how good your phone is. Try a better phone it will helps to improve the range.
The range was good at 400 meters, I’m using the iPhone 7 Plus. I was only having problems mostly with the Telemetry on the controller was not working
What i notice about these budget drone you can't use fancy sd cards. Use like class 10 8-16 GB cards. The fancy one won't take pictures or sometime record. I had that problem with my mjx bugs 12 trying to use higher cards than I formated it stopped recording to the card. So now I flipping cards around trying to see what work with the bugs and the beast 2. Problem so I switched back to the card the bugs came with the class 10 16 GB. As for the beast 2 nothing but hiccups and I feel I stuck with this drone from banngood.
I use Sandisk class 10 16 to 32 GB cards and in all my Drones even my bugs 12 EIS. But I’ve tried other memory cards and it still won’t work in this drone, so somethings wrong with the DVR. Thanks so much for watching hope you have a great rest of your weekend.
Lovely landscape bud have read that they only work with 32gb memory card class 10 U1 up to U3 bud and you need to stop video before shutting the drone down so after landing stop recording give it time to Finnish or just as it is coming into land might be worth a go.

I know that 10 months pass but the problem of most lagging is cuz of the trees all around you is kind of blocking the signals 😒
It’s did fine at 400m, these drone don’t have long fpv range anyways.

My sg 906 pro once connect to wifi it just stay to mode1 how to makes my gps works? Is it the place that I try really have a bad connection
without me being right there to see it, I’m not to sure what is happening. If it’s having problems after setting it up and Calibrating the gps like shown in the video, then you may need to contact the seller.

Thanks, yeah it’s not bad. Just need the controller sorted out. 400m with all those Oak trees blocking the WiFi is not bad at all. I still had plenty of transmission signal from the controller to drone. Could of went further if the controllers Telemetry was working right. Thanks again
