yes it's in my play list and I've been doing the metrix's on it eg daily and weekly view totals then doing the math's working how many weeks it will take to reach 1B on the average views it receives on the day. I've done the same for Butter as well and Fire and Dope.

Jimins performance blindfolded is truly iconic, how he keeps center is beyond me and when he and jhope dance together it's just perfection..BTS goes beyond the norm and that's what sets them apart from others.
Can we just start off by acknowledging the fact that *JIMIN* was dancing _blindfolded_ and yet was totally in unison alongside J-Hope!!! I also have to mention that I love (for lack of a better description) the painful wailing vocal that is belted out when Jimin is first introduced as the stage is backlit RED for his intro. It's haunting. You have no idea how many times I've watched this 2016 MAMA Performance. It's nice to see a reaction video to it. Their vocal trade off's are absolutely seamless. They never overindulge themselves by trying to outdo the other. It's incredible! And their synchronized dancing *OH MY GOD* is without a doubt the proverbial cherry on top!

@@ftoomftoom6270 I did not say that Jimin wrote the entire song, but he did write the melody. It may have been just the melody of the chorus or the bridge, I’m not sure. And I am also unsure of why he was not officially credited. I think there’s one or two other songs that he contributed to, but was not credited. If I’m remembering right, Filter is another one like this and it was RM who talked about it in a live. Let me say this though, true ARMY don’t have the mindset of correcting each other by being mean and confrontational. If I ever state something that I find out I am wrong about, I’ll always apologize and I never want to spread incorrect information. @@frankiebiggz Do it in the right order so you can see the build up. Blood Sweat and Tears is from their Wings album/era. It is a somewhat darker album. The story is amazing and where they got the inspiration from. The music video is very good but, also complicated. You have to know what everything means. It is sometimes very useful to watch an explanation video of the song. You'll be surprised how deep it is and also how they put their own stories in combination. In boy meets evil, Jimin was dancing with J Hope their synchrony was so good. Jimin dances blind folded and never lost his balance, position or direction, so incredible! The latin beat for blood sweat and tears was an Edm Moombahton beat. The melody for the song was written by Jimin. For Fire, V and Suga's baritone voices were on fire and awesome! For Fire, Jimin had a viral video called 3:3:3 moment, for his perfect footwork and body isolation. All their Mama performances are out of this world!

When I found BTS if also found Korean award show performances....OMG, the productions are so spectacular I can barely American award shows anymore unless BTS or another Korean idol group is going to performs

Watching BTS in concert is truly a magical experience. So much fun. And so much energy. Make sure you get some rest before it and wear comfortable shoes lol. Trust me you will be exhausted by the time it's over lol

Awww, you two! You have the sweetest needling banter between you 😂🔥💜💜💜 on a more serious note, did you notice how Suga is the only one holding the microphone in the performance? I didn't know it until later in my BTS journey but the reason is that after he crushed his shoulder during his trainee days in a road accident, he's had limited mobility in that shoulder, so very often holding the microphone allowed him to perform without showing that disadvantage. Only after having a proper surgery in 2020 he got some relief from the old injury.

The next scene is Tae stabbing his father to death.These three songs are the beginning of the Wings Era. Blood, Sweat, and Tears is the last song in the BU. The next songs are not from the Wings Era. I don't think the Wings Era songs created a banger set of songs to open a concerts, but "Fire," was Fire! A great way to end the set!

I am glad you reacted to the MAMA 2016 as it's a fabulous performance. Jimin danced blindfolded and executed every move with perfection alongside of J-Hope. There was another award show performance done for MMA 2016 where they did the same two songs. I advise you to give that one a watch too as they switch it up so it shows you how their performances are unique for every show. Sadly the camera crew did a not so good job as usual with BTS televised performances :(
Both "Boy meets evil" and "Lie" are must hear sometimes down the line of BTS rabbit hole. If you are trying somehow following them at chronological order do those soon. Wings album gave them a standing in world stage and loved by many who checked it out.

Oh this is one of my favorite performances! When they start touring again, I wish you & Irene much, much luck in getting to go. One of the first reactors that I watched on YT is Whatcha Gotta Say (still watch them) and when Irene said that you would cry it made me think of Nico from that channel. They vlogged themselves when they went to their first BTS concert and poor Nico...when they came onto the stage, he had such absolutely immense joy on his face along with tears. If I ever got to go, I'm sure I would do the same. Hope to see your first reaction to seeing them in person. I can't wait for you to watch the mv for Blood, Sweat & Tears. It's a tough one in terms of the visuals. There is so much symbolism & if you don't know anything about it, it will confuse you so much. But some people understand it right from the start. Context that you are missing: Jimin in the red was dancing to a remix of his solo song Lie and Hobi in the blue was dancing to his solo track Boy Meets Evil. Some of the backing for the Lie remix was taken from Hobi's Boy Meets Evil. Not DAMIEN as in the Omen, it's the novel by Hermann Hesse named DEMIAN. The album that Boy Meets Evil, Lie and Blood, Sweat and Tears is from is called Wings and the theme of the album is the novel Demian which discusses innocence, temptation, good and evil. Hobi is singing "MAHNI" which means more in Korean but sounds like "MONEY" to us English speakers.

Every year their performance at the MMA’s got better. Wait till you get to 2019. 2020 (the last year they performed at MMAs) was amazing but not as good as 2019 only because it was during the pandemic so there was no live audience and Suga couldn’t appear due to shoulder surgery. Although at the 2020 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) they had a full hologram of Suga come out and perform Life Goes On with the rest of BTS. Sadly MAMA tends to block reactions while MMA (Mèlon Music Awards) do not.

It’s funny hearing you and Irene banter. 😂I think you may be an in the closet or in denial Baby ARMY. 😂 If ou get to a concert, there’s a whole thing even before the concert where people walk around and trade ARMY hand,add or bought small items for free as part of the whole feel of coming together. I went to 1 concert alone where I was last minute given a ticket as a gift! So I made a bunch of things since I had no time to order and put into small bags. Booked the cheapest flight with my family air point where I had 3 stop overs and immediately went to the concert the next day. I flew back also with stop overs and delays so was flying more than actually able to see much besides the concert and walk around by myself. I had an amazing time though by myself! People were so helpful and kind to me, esp being same age as you and not really knowing where to go. The only item I got was the ARMY bomb - say light stick when flying or they will freak at some places. They didn’t where I was. There’s a huge ARMY following in Spain. It never fails to amaze me hope the award shows manage to sabotage our Tannies almost EVERY SINGLE TIME with poor lighting, bad camera angles at important parts of a track or shite sound mixing where you either hear too much crowd that it covers the vocals, too much music it covers the vocals or when a band isn’t available then they miscue the backing track that had already been cued and mixed beforehand. It’s not as bad as it used to be when they were somewhat smaller but it’s crazy. 1-2 crowd shots are great, a candid idol shot or 2 is great, but I’m here for OT7. I’m sure Jackson and BamBam don’t enjoy having cameras shoved in their face any more than our guys do. It’s so fake and takes me away from why I got up at 4am to watch an award shows without subtitles and very little English just to see those 7 gentlemen I love so much. I understand subtitles are a privilege and DEF NOT a right (and also very difficult in real time) so it’s especially nice to concentrate on the performance when they aren’t available. However, you can’t even do that sometimes with the shite these directors do. This is true and any old ARMY has probs had discussions about it; baby ARMYs maybe not so much, but it’s true. That’s one reason they stopped doing certain award shows I’m person and would just accept the award by remote camera and give a lil speech. I read 2 different Interviews from Bang PD several years about this.

The music video is very good but, also complicated.
You have to know what everything means.

In boy meets evil, Jimin was dancing with J Hope their synchrony was so good. Jimin dances blind folded and never lost his balance, position or direction, so incredible! The latin beat for blood sweat and tears was an Edm Moombahton beat. The melody for the song was written by Jimin. For Fire, V and Suga's baritone voices were on fire and awesome! For Fire, Jimin had a viral video called 3:3:3 moment, for his perfect footwork and body isolation. All their Mama performances are out of this world!

When I found BTS if also found Korean award show performances....OMG, the productions are so spectacular I can barely American award shows anymore unless BTS or another Korean idol group is going to performs

After 3 years from its debute, BTS got their first Artist of the Year and Album of the Year from 2016 (Wings) to 2022 or until its hiatus to concentrate on their solo projects due to their impending enlistment from December 2022 (first to enlist was #Jin). In 2014 MAMA, BTS earned their New Artist Award and Guesting at the American Hassle Life for 6episodes which was shot in 2014 but released in 2015. In 2015, BTS won their first Album of the Year and Song of the Year (for their single Spring Day).
In 2016, BTS got their best Album of Year at the MMA. From 2017 to 2020, BTS has swept MMA's Album and Artist of the Year.
According to those who have experience MMA and MAMA where BTS has performed, their footwork is a loud and energetic as their vocals. Bighit would hire around abour 30 to 20 crews to help in holding the stage beams and scafolding to ensure the safety of the boys. In their tour concerts and live shows from 2016-2019, the macnae were always the first one to be revived backstage for short of breathing.
I rewatch their first daesang win a few times a week every week. The shock on their faces was priceless. 💜

Awww, you two! You have the sweetest needling banter between you 😂🔥💜💜💜 on a more serious note, did you notice how Suga is the only one holding the microphone in the performance? I didn't know it until later in my BTS journey but the reason is that after he crushed his shoulder during his trainee days in a road accident, he's had limited mobility in that shoulder, so very often holding the microphone allowed him to perform without showing that disadvantage. Only after having a proper surgery in 2020 he got some relief from the old injury.
Actually in this performance V, Jin and RM also were holding microphones but I agree that Suga almost always has a microphone

I am glad you reacted to the MAMA 2016 as it's a fabulous performance. Jimin danced blindfolded and executed every move with perfection alongside of J-Hope. There was another award show performance done for MMA 2016 where they did the same two songs. I advise you to give that one a watch too as they switch it up so it shows you how their performances are unique for every show. Sadly the camera crew did a not so good job as usual with BTS televised performances :(
Both "Boy meets evil" and "Lie" are must hear sometimes down the line of BTS rabbit hole. If you are trying somehow following them at chronological order do those soon. Wings album gave them a standing in world stage and loved by many who checked it out.

Oh this is one of my favorite performances! When they start touring again, I wish you & Irene much, much luck in getting to go. One of the first reactors that I watched on YT is Whatcha Gotta Say (still watch them) and when Irene said that you would cry it made me think of Nico from that channel. They vlogged themselves when they went to their first BTS concert and poor Nico...when they came onto the stage, he had such absolutely immense joy on his face along with tears. If I ever got to go, I'm sure I would do the same. Hope to see your first reaction to seeing them in person. I can't wait for you to watch the mv for Blood, Sweat & Tears. It's a tough one in terms of the visuals. There is so much symbolism & if you don't know anything about it, it will confuse you so much. But some people understand it right from the start. Context that you are missing: Jimin in the red was dancing to a remix of his solo song Lie and Hobi in the blue was dancing to his solo track Boy Meets Evil. Some of the backing for the Lie remix was taken from Hobi's Boy Meets Evil. Not DAMIEN as in the Omen, it's the novel by Hermann Hesse named DEMIAN. The album that Boy Meets Evil, Lie and Blood, Sweat and Tears is from is called Wings and the theme of the album is the novel Demian which discusses innocence, temptation, good and evil. Hobi is singing "MAHNI" which means more in Korean but sounds like "MONEY" to us English speakers.

Every year their performance at the MMA’s got better. Wait till you get to 2019. 2020 (the last year they performed at MMAs) was amazing but not as good as 2019 only because it was during the pandemic so there was no live audience and Suga couldn’t appear due to shoulder surgery. Although at the 2020 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) they had a full hologram of Suga come out and perform Life Goes On with the rest of BTS. Sadly MAMA tends to block reactions while MMA (Mèlon Music Awards) do not.

Great to see you react to this and in chronological order. There are 2 award shows-MAMA and MMA. Jin also just won an award too. It’s funny hearing you and Irene banter. 😂I think you may be an in the closet or in denial Baby ARMY. 😂 If ou get to a concert, there’s a whole thing even before the concert where people walk around and trade ARMY hand,add or bought small items for free as part of the whole feel of coming together. I went to 1 concert alone where I was last minute given a ticket as a gift! So I made a bunch of things since I had no time to order and put into small bags. Booked the cheapest flight with my family air point where I had 3 stop overs and immediately went to the concert the next day. I flew back also with stop overs and delays so was flying more than actually able to see much besides the concert and walk around by myself. I had an amazing time though by myself! People were so helpful and kind to me, esp being same age as you and not really knowing where to go. The only item I got was the ARMY bomb - say light stick when flying or they will freak at some places. They didn’t where I was.

It never fails to amaze me hope the award shows manage to sabotage our Tannies almost EVERY SINGLE TIME with poor lighting, bad camera angles at important parts of a track or shite sound mixing where you either hear too much crowd that it covers the vocals, too much music it covers the vocals or when a band isn’t available then they miscue the backing track that had already been cued and mixed beforehand. It’s not as bad as it used to be when they were somewhat smaller but it’s crazy. 1-2 crowd shots are great, a candid idol shot or 2 is great, but I’m here for OT7. I’m sure Jackson and BamBam don’t enjoy having cameras shoved in their face any more than our guys do. It’s so fake and takes me away from why I got up at 4am to watch an award shows without subtitles and very little English just to see those 7 gentlemen I love so much. I understand subtitles are a privilege and DEF NOT a right (and also very difficult in real time) so it’s especially nice to concentrate on the performance when they aren’t available. However, you can’t even do that sometimes with the shite these directors do. This is true and any old ARMY has probs had discussions about it; baby ARMYs maybe not so much, but it’s true. That’s one reason they stopped doing certain award shows I’m person and would just accept the award by remote camera and give a lil speech. I read 2 different Interviews from Bang PD several years about this.

- In 2013: 1st time invited and were the 5th performers of the total of 13.
- In 2014: I'm not sure if they attended the show but they were not nominated for any award nor performed.
- In 2015: 7th performer of the total of 10.
- In 2016: 13th performers of the total of 15.
- In 2017: 2nd last performers
- In 2018 till 2020 they have been the last performers.
For the MAMA, it has been held on multiple days and on multiple cities/countries in 2017 & 2018.
- 2014 in Hong Kong: 1st time invited and 1st performers on the show & in the middle of the show as well with another group called Block B at the same time. This is a legendary performance!
- 2015 in Hong Kong: 9th performer of 28 total performers
- 2016 in Hong Kong: 23th performer of 29 total performers
- In 2017 the show was held for 3 days in Vietnam, Japan & Hong Kong. They attended on the last day which was in Hong Kong and performed last.
- In 2018 it was held for 3 days in S. Korea, Japan & Hong Kong. They attended the 2nd & 3rd day and performed on both days last. So there are 2 separate performances.
- In 2019 it was only held for 1 day because of political issues between S. Korea & Japan and it was held in Japan despite that. They attended and performed last.
- In 2020 it was held for 1 day too and this time in S. Korea because of COVID. They attended and performed last.
The largest entertainment company, SM Entertainment, has decided to boycott the MAMA show since 2018 because of unfairness in the voting system. No artists of SM has appeared on the show ever since. The 2nd largest company, YG Entertainment, faced the same issue in 2015 and hasn't attend the show nor performed besides BLACKPINK only attending in 2018. So because of no artists from these 2 largest companies attending there were no competition in performing nor winning awards against BTS. With MAMA usually if you're nominated and you attend the show you may win the award you're nominated for. But if you're nominated and the end result was obvious that you should have won the award but you didn't attend the show, the award will be given the 2nd place winner. Even if they attended they still won't win the award(s) they were nominated for because BTS was still on top and dominating the nominations. BTS exploded in popularity domestically and internationally since 2016 so much that it overtook the most popular artists from SM Ent & YG Ent since.
