calculate when the last third of the night is And tell my why we have to wake up to children dying if freedom is priceless We learn a hadith, and then we act like we can swim That’s why Zayd ibn Abi Zarqa narrates Sufyan Al-Thawri saying: تعجَّلوا بركة هذا العلم (Ta3ajjalu barakata haadha al-3lm) Hasten towards the benefit of this knowledge Cuz without knowledge you wouldn’t know that a few oats, milk and a microwave could make porridge You see I’ve lived that life, the life of music, the struggle of girls and the struggle of no prayer I’ve lived the life of my teachers in school loving me so much to the point where they made me meet the mayor “I’ve lived the life of a practicing Muslim”, I say that in quotation marks I’ve lived the life of a person who opens up books by Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah in the dark I’ve lived the life of waking up for Fajr, praying in the masjid then after that I begin classes Al-Waraqaat, Qawa3id Al-Fiqhiyyah, or maybe Qawa3id Al-3rba it’s crazy how time passes Ta3dheem Al-3lm, Arba3un An-Nawawi, Thalathatul Usool, it’s crazy how deep Islamic knowledge and books are, this is what they should’ve taught me in their curriculum in school But instead we’re taught topics that could shake a layman’s belief like Darwinian Evolution We ask ourselves why our kids turn out like this, when deep down we know the solution Get them out of here, this ain’t a place for celebrities I look at my own self and I think, ah man such beautiful memories Al7amdulillah I haven’t fallen off, I still pray my 5 a day, read Qur’an aloud everywhere I go So to a certain good that Allah is trying to show Maybe that’s Allah tryna tell you to fix up and he’s making you realise your eman is low Your eman is low, you forgot Qur’an, your tajweed is bad, he can’t even pronounce the Ghunnah This could be Allah (Sub7anahu Wa Ta3ala) showing you that your eman fluctuates And is a praiseworthy characteristic from the Ahl us-Sunnah Don’t beat yourself too much, there’s always a wisdom You have to read between the lines cuz sometimes the asnwers are hidden I remember college times, I was happier than ever Life was so simple, and if I could go back, I would go back forever Partners for time, we were partners in crime Dunya gets in the way, now it’s inner peace that we’re both tryna find Now we have bigger questions, Allah’s tryna put me back on my feet I’m out I'm here three years later and when I say... when you mentioned salafiyyah... I become speechless. I wouldn't have ever come across Islam if it wasn't for this video. When I lived in Yemen, there was an old neighbour of mine who used to recite a poem every Friday in a city basically where people came from around the world to learn deen. So every week he had a different message in his Rhymes. Some were funny, some were politics, some were reminders. Idk why but this reminded me of em. Thank you for the nostalgia and sick rhymes.

First I want to say ma sha allah allahuma barik tabarakallah. Man honestly this is great halal alternative to listening to haram music which many folks have at some time or to this day struggled with! Not only that but its also very beneficial and easy to understand. All the topics are true alhamudililah may allah guide us all. Wha'ts such a trivv crazy coincedence is the fact that I heard this before but this time around the line you said qawaaid arbaiya and salifiyah really resonated with me at the moment. I just finished that book and I honestly identify now with salafi movment. Before i thought it was a little weird strange and odd my whole life. All I knew and heard about was muslim and sunnah but recently from taking both online and local classes I understand the importance of salifiya. Before I honestly thought they were like a bidah group but now I see why. Because everyone says there muslim and do actions completely against islam and shariah openly and promote it too to make it worse. But if you dress and follow all the guidelines that peopoe skip like the sunnah prayers sunnah fasting seperation of men and women in the public... eating on the floor with the hands sleeping habits and qiyam layl and refraining from idle talk even if its not necesarily haram like just not talking too much and overall doing the most maybe even falling into shirk of riya by showing off good deeds by doing it and talking about it. I myself struggle with this but im self aware imagine the muslims who do things like this without even realizing it and then later labeling others as extremist or sick/mental issues when we notice these things and let alone openly speak about it but even react to it.

When I lived in Yemen, there was an old neighbour of mine who used to recite a poem every Friday in a city basically where people came from around the world to learn deen. So every week he had a different message in his Rhymes. Some were funny, some were politics, some were reminders. Idk why but this reminded me of em. Thank you for the nostalgia and sick rhymes.

First I want to say ma sha allah allahuma barik tabarakallah. Man honestly this is great halal alternative to listening to haram music which many folks have at some time or to this day struggled with! Not only that but its also very beneficial and easy to understand. All the topics are true alhamudililah may allah guide us all. Wha'ts such a trivv crazy coincedence is the fact that I heard this before but this time around the line you said qawaaid arbaiya and salifiyah really resonated with me at the moment. I just finished that book and I honestly identify now with salafi movment. Before i thought it was a little weird strange and odd my whole life. All I knew and heard about was muslim and sunnah but recently from taking both online and local classes I understand the importance of salifiya. Before I honestly thought they were like a bidah group but now I see why. Because everyone says there muslim and do actions completely against islam and shariah openly and promote it too to make it worse. But if you dress and follow all the guidelines that peopoe skip like the sunnah prayers sunnah fasting seperation of men and women in the public... eating on the floor with the hands sleeping habits and qiyam layl and refraining from idle talk even if its not necesarily haram like just not talking too much and overall doing the most maybe even falling into shirk of riya by showing off good deeds by doing it and talking about it. I myself struggle with this but im self aware imagine the muslims who do things like this without even realizing it and then later labeling others as extremist or sick/mental issues when we notice these things and let alone openly speak about it but even react to it.
It's been 2years and I still come back here almost every day May Allah SWT help us all find peace and grant us Jannatul firdaws
