Great round-up again mate. Good to hear Stoker is shaping up nicely and I'll have to keep my eye out for Undead - reminds me a bit of Street Hassle. Hope you're keeping well!
Wow, the pixel art section might be the most comprehensive you've done, it really works so well. The BOBR cartridges look amazing, the Space one a great idea and twinkling lights on cart ! Knight Night is a really good game and I missed Babylons Ark, as you say is definitely worth half an hour or so, I like the interface and maybe game could be multidisk one day ! Great content in this video, Zzap64 also out this month, amazing times for 8 bit.
This is some great feedback you have provided as I like to be able to provide variety with these round ups. I am still a bit behind with the pixel art but I will cover what I missed in November. I really enjoy looking at the art these days and I like to show case a SID tune to go with it.
Some great games there. Most of them out of my league, particularly Polar Bear in Space but it does look amazing. I'd love Night Knight but only without the timer (the bane of my existence). Great video, as usual. Thanks.
It is certainly a quality piece of software. The game has a lot of depth to it. I normally like to keep feature games on the round up to about 4 minutes but for Polar Bear I had to go beyond to tell the complete story.
Another great round up ! 🕹️ Polar Bear is looking very cool and cant wait to play it . I was so dissapointed with ewe woz and this looks like what i wanted that to be 🕹️👍
Hey thanks Brendan. Sorry to hear that you didnt get on well with Ewe but I would be keen to see what you think of the difficulty curve on Polar Bear when it comes out.
I am glad to hear you are enjoying the content. November is looking a little slow but we'll have something out as I did hold back a few segments from the October video
Your videos are always great and highly appreciated. I wonder if you would consider making a video of all the physical release homebrew and links for purchasing?
Hey, thanks for your feedback. Your suggestion is an interesting one and is something that I would be interested in doing as part of future C64 Round up videos. I would probably do it as a software publisher feature that I can roll out over a number of months. I will give it some further thought, thanks
Oh sorry, I forgot to include it in the description as I was intending to use another tune but had to replace it for copyright reason. The tune is Final One Remix by T.l.F. / Sonic Uproar (csdb.dk/release/?id=210028). I agree the tune is quite good.
Polar Bear in Space looks overly frenetic and difficult. Maybe if it had a save option, similar to Sam's Journey and Soul Force, I would be more interested. The Stoker demo looks nice but moves like it's overweight. I'm not too keen on the gameplay of Undead either, seems monotonous. Night Knight looks simple but fun, I hope it's got passwords, cause replaying 80 levels from scratch sounds bothersome. Galaga, StarHawx, and Space Firehawk are a bit too retro for their own good. I reckon the most interesting game shown this month is Babylon’s Ark. The music in Space Planters sounds nice.
Hey, thanks for taking the time to provide your opinions on the games featured. I always like reading the impressions that others take away from the video.
Thank you for putting these roundups together.
Keep the good work with producing these videos!!!
Thank you, we'll keep on doing these videos as long as the quality of the scene remains high.
I'm so happy I found this channel.

Hey thanks BDG, about to come out of lockdown once and for all after 270 days… what’s there to complain.

Great presentation, like always :)
Thank you for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it.
Great video as always 👏 Thank you so much for including Night Knight, I really appreciate it!!! Aris
Thanks Aris. I hope you will consider doing more C64 projects as the Night Knight conversion is pretty much spot on for me.

Thank Michael, if you haven't played Night Knight - you should give it a try as I found the timer generous in most cases.
Another impressive program featuring the best of graphics, games and sound for the beloved C64 👏
Wow! Polar Bear looks stunning.

Thanks for sharing info about bobr releases 🥰
Thanks for the opportunity to show case Bobr - keep it up!
You're a C64c user! Good man :) I prefer them too. More comfy and reliable.

Polar Bear looks so goooood. Like Cybernoid married Wizball. In a game that's different from both.
No doubt the game is high quality. There is actually quite a bit of depth with the game.
I live for these updates - thank you :)

@@RetroGamerNation To be fair I'm still catching up with a years worth of content already, so it's not all bad!!
great roundup!
Thank you, glad you appreciate it.
Polar bear in space looks and sounds very much like Wizball. The sound effects are identical, some title screens are also eerily similar. Hmm...
No doubt that Wizball is an influence on Polar Bear.

I love the tune playing during the pixel art, can I please know it?

@@RetroGamerNation Wow! Thank you so much!
Great video. Thanks. Polar bear in space looks great. The music playing during the graphics section was awesome. What was the title? Thanks again...
Thanks Graeme, the tune is Final One Remix. I have the link in the video description.
king commodore never die
oh ein polarbär im weltraum...hat der sich verflogen oder was macht der da...ich dachte die wohnen am polar 🧐🐸😹
The proper name should have been taddy bear in the space
You're right, it does look a little more like a cute teddy bear.
