You're getting stunned every time you try to move away from the pillar? Same here. Have you found a way to prevent it?

it's part of the mechanic. You get stunned for several seconds when chain breaks. That's why on trials you need to go counter the way the boss turns (either way you die from the next smash)

dont move when on pillar when u go to block, make sure u are standing still

This looks easier than voidwaste , also can you use dash skills to move out from your your pillar ? Like precision dash
