Yes, I feel starting the day with a made bed feels like 1/2 your work is done. Then it's just a quick pick up and a whole room is done! Very little time investment for such a sense of accomplishment. Love all the textural throws and touches of green.

Not only is making my bed the first chore I do but I don't feel comfortable if I have to go to sleep in an unmade bed, also looks like you and me both need new pillows as mine are getting flat also, lol. On another note, your room looks fine, what matters is that you and your husband like it and are comfortable in it, you're not always going to please other people so only worry about what you love in your lovely home, which you are kind enough to show us.
It makes me feel better to make my bed too although I skip it a lot of days! Have you tried the Cassaluna bath towels?
No I haven’t! I think they’re so pretty and I have one of the brown colored waffle knit hand towels in my boys bathroom! I do like it!
@@ourhoustonsmithhome does the Cassaluna waffle blanket wash up nice? I’m going to try the towels., I recently bought Better Homes and Garden towels from Walnart and they all fell apart on the first washing. Took them back and on the search for a good brand of towels. I saw the Cassaluna towels and should have bought them on the last sale. Will watch for another Cassaluna sale.,
@@stephaniekasunick4754I know they’re expensive! It was a good sale they just had too. I’ll keep an eye out. The waffle knit hand towel to me would be a little thin for an actual body towel. I love it for a hand towel though. And are you talking about the chunky knit blanket? I don’t wash them very often because I just use them at the bottom of the bed but I have & they washed up fine.
