Everybody waxes lyrical about Aphex's bleepy, typically 'electronic', IDM stuff, but I personally think his best work - or some of at least - is his ambient works. It is stunning.

Yeah it's like he's taken a sample of someone really brutally bowing a cello or double bass and kept all the harmonics and scooped out some of the actual bass so its more textural than punchy. Classic Rick 😂
