$200 for $1100+ of killer shop stock is criminal. That game store will not survive with a reputation like that. They fked up by slandering you to that customer because now THE WORD IS OUT!

Game Over outta pocket for only offering 200 for all that… but I’ve quit trading anything to them. They tried to only offer me $340 for 100 loose amiibos 2 years ago when the amiibo craze was still high and they were worth north of 3500. Another store gave me 1500. Them folks stay scamming people
Lmao! I knew it was Game Over before I even clicked on the video. they do NOT have their customer's best interest in mind anymore. They have way too many stores and it seems like at this point they can't even afford to buy decent inventory. They are gonna go under quick if they continue to operate like that. You can't run a business like this and let killer inventory just walk out the door and insult your competition in the process. If you do, then you're really doing something wrong. You deserve the business and I congratulate you for getting one over on them, I'm sure it happens a lot and I hope it continues to happen.
I've driven by that store location in san antonio many times and have been wanting to stop buy, guess I won't. Had a experience with lowballing recently too, there was a popup retro game store in the local mall that flashback games is in. Dude downstairs said he doesn't like flashback games, then tried to give me 40 dollars for a original launch ps4 working, 2 controllers (drift) and the full ps vr setup and I think a saturn game was in there too. I said no. Maybe he doesn't like flashback games since he gives way better trade in value, smh. The game store beef is crazy.
Gameover was only willing to give me 5% of market value on a bunch of rare RPGs a couple years ago at a convention and told me the stuff would take too long to sell. I sold it all on Ebay within the month and got the full market value.

That’s a weak tactic from Game Over’s hourly employees. What do they get from talking bad, and telling lies about a local game store. AC don’t even get out of bed for trade ins less than $200, and that’s why his store has Rare and Classic Video Games, and Game Over has 35 copies of Sports Champions on PS3.
