Inside edge is the inside of your foot outside edge is the outside of your foot or for example on your right foot, inside is the left side outside is the right side.
The back toe is very easy but I’ve been figure skating for 6 years and I’m one of the highest level but I can’t do none of the hockey ones I can do backwards toe cause I aways do that❤
