Wdym he did better than 2093? Loved lyfestyle, got it on repeat, but 2093 is on a whole other level as a project. ADL will take its place, but for now Lyfestyle is just a reminder of how versatile Yeat is.
When it comes to Ian and Yeat, there is no comparison. Yeat made his own style and flow and sound that nobody can copy. Ian is the one who is trynna compete with Yeat. Yeat made his sound so different from other rappers, so that nobody could copy it. Ian is not even in the same league. But Yeat did diss Ian on Go2Work off of LYFESTYLE.
U didn't like Forever Again? It's all good gang, just glad u appreciate this more than 2093 and acknowledged it as a synchronize between his up 2 me, and his 2093 sound ❤
you find what you search for, if you goin into ians album trying to find Yeat sound you're gonna find it. If you going in looking for music to enjoy, you gonna find it. it's up to you on what you go and find.
tf you on Dutie that Durk verse was a great feature and Gone 4 a min was one of the best songs on the album, Ian album was also objectively good too bro just wants these artists to stay in their own lanes and make the same song over and over again for an album you can say that you “listened” to every song and didn’t skip shi but ion think you were actually fully listening
I really cant comprehend why yeat fans dont like gone 4 a min and forever again and say theyre "2093" songs when he's been dropping stuff similar his entire career. Listen to some leaks, Pull up on meh, 2 in, tank 2, different up, All up, x still, 2 much, expensive taste v2, etc. he's literally always used insanely EDM heavy beats. Overall yeat leaks have SHOWN he wants to move towards a 2093 sound, people who state 2093 wasnt the natural sound yeat was progressing towards didnt listen to ANY of the alive era leaks. The unreleased files for alive is quite literally proto 2093. The leaks for that album are insanely experimental and closer to 2093; you all wouldve hated on him if he dropped them, but it wouldve been way better than 4l/up 2 me.
@@kilomaverick7755 I stg nobody hated on yeat for soundin like a atl artist while bein from Cali, nobody gave lil keed hate for soundin like thug, etc da list goes on,
Ian does look a lil bit like Yeat But there music isn’t the same The only thing Ian sounded like yeat in my opinion and it was on purpose Was the second song of ian’s new album it sounded like “always alive by yeat” Ian voice is just different in Trap beats Plus why Ian and yeat comparison ? You can compare yeat to other artist
kodak went insane on yeat new album. that soudn he had was like old kodak but super enhanced with the layered vocals and that iconic raspy old style kodak we always had. kinda odd you thought it was bad
I actually liked the songs that sounded like 2093 on this album because this time it wasn’t being shoved down my throat it caught me off guard and they was fire
Dutie we got like the exact opposite of opinions. Gone 4 a minute was probably my favorite song on the album, I like the tracks a kodak and dirk, and I thought the chorus on shit sad was the best part while sosa’s verse was just alright
Love yeat but ian had a couple bangers in the new album. The album was all over the place but it has some nice beats and some catchy lyrics so I think it’s a lil overhated
I want to start off by saying Yeat’s new album was sublime. Second, Yeat is not a regular rapper he’s a true artist. His music and artistry are just different, from his wordplay to his ad-libs. I feel like his features on the album gave a different perspective because these features slid on their part mind you on a Yeat beat, which just shows their creativity and talent as well. Overall, his album was a 10/10 for me, and the ability of his features to get on an alternative beat like Yeat’s and still slide was impressive. But then also just show’s you how well Yeat is able to naturally slide on his own beats. Kodak’s wordplay, too, was chef’s kiss for me, but that’s just my perspective.
Ian album better to me tbh but, yeat been in the game longer with more hits, ian literally just started popping, so it’s bound for yeat to get more sales
“Yeat is back” that’s so damn crazy to me Yeat never left
Fr man 2093 imo is a masterpiece
He did leave this is his first good project since up2me
