It is spread out through Northern Europe in a small part of the Atlantic and the English Channel and around the coasts of the Netherlands, Denmark, and Norway during the 2nd world war, RAF conducted strafe runs on destroyers, battleships, u boats etc and was very effective as you can see

wrong actually, the predecessor to the grand slam bomb, the tall boy bomb was used to bomb the Tirpitz
