Hey, i wonder if u respond to ur comments or not but I just am so stuck and I have a question. I used to practice taekwondo some time ago when i had to move out in another country and i couldn't practice since i moved out (since 2019). I was at like the blue red strip and I'm so motivated to come back. It's just that I'm trying to train at home and I'm so lost on where to start. Also do u have some site where i can find all the resources i need? Thanks alot.
