This is a wonderful song from another wonderful album that I had on repeat riding through this Torontonian Summer Heat and I love the lyrics. Perfect album for a Summer in need of uplifting vybes 😎👏

What a tune, the boys have done it again
I love the whole album, its a flash. It does not feel heavy at any point. And what an ending with those last 4 songs. The sound is amazing and for me the best song, but Wild green is exceptional... the way it ends with that vibe reminding us that there is still darkness in the light, its the cherry on top for me. Amazing experience. 9/10 for me. This is true summer pop rock.
I suffer from heavy depression & life can be a little rough, but these guys’ tunes always made things a bit easier….but man, this tune, specifically from 2:20-, I just close my eyes & everything just goes away for the moment, like a beautiful celestial dream. Fucking amazing tune.
So it is good medicine! That's what FOALS do! They play and sing for us.

Definitely a good thing
Foals definitely is an antidepressant for me as well. I lost my mom at an early age and wish I had known about this band when antidotes came out in 08. Most of my life I was searching for the antidote to the pain and the demons inside that fight to resurface … and I can gladly say I found Foals at the right time. I think I found them at a time when I could truly understand and appreciate their vibe as well as the lyrics that compliment the sound and speak to my soul. It’s a dark world but my god does this band remind me the sun will rise again.

im sorry but this is by far my favorite song off the album. the whole work is excellent, magnificent, marvelous (i dont even have words to describe how amazing it is). Well done FOALS i love your music. ive been dancing and listening to this album since it came out.
This is exactly what band music needs right now. Its the type of song where i don't know if it should be in my electronica playlist or alternative. It should have been a single even if it isn't a conventional one its that good. Feels like this direction would be the next logical step for Foals for a future album. It just seems like so much creativity could come out of this alt / electronica sound that might take the band to the next level

gentlemen, you've nailed it again. ENSWBL 1&2 were perfectly balanced for the time they released with that amazing blend of curiosity, melancholy and hope running through both records. Life Is Yours, on the other hand, is just straight up "grab your dancin' shoes, we've got a lot of time to make up for!"

I feel so much of the influence of Depeche Mode on this track. This album is another endless journey, what a great band!
Anyone else see this as an ‘in degrees 2.0’ type song ? . I think it’s got some potential to be great live . The studio version isn’t the best but for me goes in my top 4 songs of the album along with 2001, Crest of The Wave and Life is Yours.
Exact same top 4 here, with under the radar as fifth, pretty basic tune but god it’s just so groovy
Eh i find them different, I think wild green is just magical in my opinion, would have to say fav song off the album along with life is yours, 2 am and under the radar. All the songs are amazing in general great album
@@retherax3387 yeah I probably didn’t mean it in a literal sense hence I said ‘type’ but I was hoping for a song like this electronically lead with a dance type cruscendo and interwoven foals guitars when I was listening to all the singles etc . I’m happy that my wishes were answered to.
