THANK YOU SO MUCH. I HAVE BEEN LISTENING THE WHOLE MORNING TO YIDDISH AND HEBREW MUSIC, I MUST SAY I AM CRYING, REMEMBERING AND DANCING AT THE SAME TIME.
Exactement!
Jewish (Yiddish) music is the ultra-soulful music. Although Jewish music has influences from the countries in which they lived, nevertheless their music is uniquely Jewish. As a Jew I cannot hear this music without being emotionally stirred and reminded of my Jewish heritage.

@@petervarga692 Coming across your comment quite casually. Of course not, Vivaldi wasn’t! But Yiddish is not only a language; it is an ethnic group from Central Europe, who was in Israel 2000 years ago, who was as well in Sinai 3500 years ago. The people were scattered away and took characteristics depending on the new environment, own original culture kept along but with a language that developed according to the region, their way of living, their intellectual and spiritual development. In the 16th, 17th 18th and even in the 20th centuries, this was the major Jewish group in the world. They were exterminated in the Shoah. A very few survived, but Yiddish culture disappeared forever. I am Yiddish. I belong to this ethnic group. And that doesn’t depend on the fact that I speak Yiddish or not. The frame is obviously completed if I do bcz it’s part of the culture. But if my children & grandchildren marry with people from the same ethnic group (quite unlikely), they’ll keep being Yiddish in some way. But never put that before or above their belonging to the country and the people they live in. We are always faithful to the country we live in, but still with ethnic characteristics.

there is something very off putting about the way this song is mixed/mastered but i can't tell what exactly. the violin sounds amazing but out of place and everything else sounds like its coming from a casio keyboard.
I am not a Jew, but this melody makes me feel like one, deep, deep inside of me. You Jews are the chosen people of Abba Kadish. Viva Israel.
Are you bnei Noach?
And I’m not Italian but I like opera. Big deal.

Very likely that you are a descendant of Conversos.
Listen to your soul.

Nakakaiyak naman yung sounds kahit hindi ko masyadong naintindihan violin pero pag pinakingan mong mabuti parang malungkot yung song.

First song on a list I have recognized, Hungarian folksong . It proves, we all are from the same origin - Mother Earth our home

If anyone can play a violin it is a Yiddish composer. So beautiful! Can't stop listening to it! :)
Paul-Octave Hébert h ji Uh
Yes, Vivaldi was definitely Yiddish ... anyway , the Yiddish is a language, not an ethnic group. You should learn first.

+Federico Riva Please refrain from using such racist language.
it was in a good way pal; nice melody anyway.
+Dovid Rabinovich Fixed, yedidi; take it easy; it was without malice.
What's racist about saying it's Jewish ??? The video's called The Soul of the Jewish Violin - so what do you want ??? Irish music ?
Très jolie musique qui nous rappelle la beauté de cette communauté hors normes 💖💖🔯 (3/3/2021))

I'm an atheist. This music doesn't make me think Jews are some sort of chosen people. But it makes me feel the pain of persecution
« The pain of persecution”, that’s quite right. It’s always hidden behind joyfulness of the Yiddish music whatever.
I feel like I'm hearing Romanian songs or perhaps Jewish ones played there.
The jewish songs i have listened to by now sound very similar to romanian ones to me too
Not surprisingly, the Romanian language still uses Hebrew words in our days, a wonderful legacy of a tight community.
+Israela Maccabee I didn't know that, thanks for sharing :)
Ist Jewish
Yeap , its got some romanian influence for sure ruclips.net/video/EpzF2OKG0AM/видео.html
