Rae should paint a hole in her wall with the black paint, and maybe with something coming out of the hole, like a giant bumblebee, a butterfly, a hand or whatever :) edit: thanks for all of the positive comments! you guys really made my day!

I'll be honest, if I had a time limit on that black paint, I'd probably use so much of it to create a Manga style art wall and choose the largest/longest wall in the house as my mural spot

The large black and white paints can be used for canvases. They would give you the perfect starting point. Phaze is a fun product. Paint any high touch surface with it, and then seal it. The Stuart Semple materials seem to favor artists who do multi-media regularly so I've only ever personally found a few items they sell useful in my work as a traditional artist, but it's amazing that we can use "trademarked" colors and other products thanks to this company if we want to.
Curious if that is the only color in the "phaze" line. It would be an interesting piece made with many different phaze colors. Changing colors completely in a hot sunny window? Or, something like that. 2 different works of art in one piece.
My favourite colour is International Klein Blue, so the fact that there is a dupe for it makes me so happy! Also, I love the fact that every colour this artist puts out is available to everyone, except Anish Kapoor. So, these colours are for everyone *except Bean Boy* and I love that.

One thing I love about Culture Hustle is that they donate so much of their profits. And I love his pettiness too. We get all these great products that are born purely from pettiness. Lol. With my small bottle I was so hesitant to use it because i "didn't want to waste it", which is such a stupid approach to art supplies but something I struggle with when it comes to more expensive supplies. So, I like to think that having a huge bottle I'd happily use it for all kinds of things. I had no idea they lost their potency the longer you leave it. I need to check it out because I've had mine longer than yours. 😓 It sounds daft but the reason I didn't buy he watercolours was because I was disappointed at how plain the pallette is, because the box itxs in is super colourful and I excitedly was going to buy it until I saw the pattern on the box wasn't on pallette exterior too. The ICE & EK are new to me, and I really want some lol. Guess I'll be spending some money.
I completely agree about using the paint more if you have a large quantity, especially with something like the black 3.0. With such a specialized/unique kind of thing In a smaller bottle, you're not going to reach for it whenever you need a black, and it'd be hard to justify (to yourself) using it unless you're trying to maximize it's potential. And how would you come up with the perfect idea for that? At least that would be my thought process, and then it would never get used. Sorta off base, but I'm really into makeup, when I first started getting samples back in the day with Birchbox, I would use the higher end makeup and skin care and stuff so sparingly that there's no way for it to be effective, or I'd save it so long that it'd end up going bad. Now that I've been getting BoxyCharm and Ipsy full sizes for a couple of years now, I have so much stuff that I'm totally comfortable slathering high end moisturizers on my face, allowing them to work as intended. I hope that analogy makes sense, but you described exactly how I think, and I'm sure that goes for a lot of people. It's not stupid, it shows that you value what you have and aren't wasteful, but it Is counterproductive. I totally get it about the plain WC box throwing you off. I'm a Huge sucker for packaging, to where pretty much anything I'm going to drop cash on has to look cool, but I instantly thought of throwing on some really cool artistic stickers/decals that I have. I want some pigments for my resin projects, and the Blue Ice and that Glass...OMG the Glass! 💸
That picture you painted is gorgeous! I make artisan jewelry, and my best work is often from odds and ends I get with scrap jewelry. It challenges me to make pieces I would never have thought of. I think you did something similar and you created something beautiful!
what if with your black 3.0 you prime a dozen canvases/panels or something to use as a base? that way it gets used, and you've got some prepped stuff for future projects with the amazing velvet texture. It'd be interesting to see maybe layering colored pencils over it?
With those supplies, creating any works of abstract would be great. My mind is still blown away how paint can change colors. However that reminds me of a kids foam ball, one half blue, the other orange, but they only lighten up their colors from heat. An incredible box of things to play with. You can do a lot with color pigment, besides just making your own paint. You may also be able to extend the shelf life of the paint by storing it in the fridge. Thanks so much for the review! 🙏
You rock Rae! So many other RUclipsrs would have just chosen a few items or not bothered to create anything at all with the products. You are always up for a challenge, and I love it!
I think you should make a series where you create new pieces until all of these supplies are gone and see how you can grow as an artist in different ways by using different types of supplies because I really love what you created! I see a very beautiful opportunity for you to grow as an artist with us and I really hope to see you use those entire leaders of white and black! Also, that sticks stuff would work really well with the nail chrome powders. They need a sticky base to stick to and then you do a clearcoat on top and it would be a really interesting addition with all of those neon colors, sending you love and I hope to see you use all of these! You are such an amazing artist with such a beautiful way of sharing your opinions about the supplies that I really appreciate.
Semple's gold isn't quinacridone gold at all. Real quinacridone gold is like a richer, deeper version of yellow ochre, it's not metallic. I don't know if Semple just completely misunderstood the color or if he knowingly lied so it would fit with his whole "COLORS FOR THE PEOPLE" shtick.
The latter it is. He likes to play Robin Hood of the art world. He seriously wrote this on his shop : >>GOLD is now available to EVERYONE* (except Daniel Smith who have bought up all available Quinacridone Gold pigment and made it extinct so no other paint makers or artists can use it ever again!)
Hey Rae, did you ever figure out how to use the empty bottle? I hope you are able to use these supplies to create many more artworks before they start separating. I am just wondering if you can get some Gum Arabic (there are several brands, I suggest that you get the bottled kind and NOT the dry chunks) make yourself some gouache or watercolor paints! I am very interested in seeing if your going to be able to make something with your supplies before they spoil or simply become unusable? Thank you for sharing this extravagant box with us. I know that I am not going to purchase these supplies in this bulk manner, it is nice to see them, even if we never get to use them!
Interesting to hear the comments on the pigments, as they're incredibly popular for non-paint making applications for people who use resin, or paint miniatures or dioramas. (pigments in general, not necessarily these ones)
With the black paint you could get a HUGE canvas and paint it black and then use the pigments and stuff to make an abstract neon galaxy using the glass as stars and the glowing pigments you could even use the green one to make like a Rick and morty portal!
Hi Rae. I was actually the one who said something about the gelly roll pens. But I forgot to mention that Santa brought me a 48 pack of prismacolor pencils. I already had 4 packs that i bought on different days. So the fact that he brought me a pack that i didn’t see where i live was amazing. The first day I got them was when my aunt got me a 25$ gift card to Amazon. And I knew prismacolors were 20$ so I knew It was a good choice. And I wouldn’t know about them if it wasn’t for you. And prismacolor premier themselves. Thanks for everything Rae. ❤❤😊😊 and yes that box from culture hustle was worth every penny.
Black and White Noir style painting on the wall is in order. Or add in some glow in the darks over the black and do a black light painting. Blackest black with glow in the darks should look like a black light poster is my guess.
That Would look really cool, especially as that black dries to a velvety finish, just like those old black light posters. But the B&W Noir Mural is the best idea I've seen yet. The 2 bottle set it basically begging for it 😁
I've had a bottle of Black 3.0 for over a year and it's fine. You just have to really thoroughly shake it up if it's been sitting for a while as the pigment separates from the binder.
Omg I’m actually early lol! I just wanted to say you’ve done so much for all of your subscribers. Just the fact that you spend so much time making videos for us shows that u rly care! Ily ❤️
Everyone has such good ideas for the liters of paint, Rae since your style is greyscale it would be perfect if you tried doing a MASSIVE canvas art project where you cover the whole thing in black and using the white as a base for those sick metallics. Maybe doing a portrait piece or something impressionistic or abstract? It would look sick!! Don't let the black expire we wanna see you flex 😁
I watch you all the time. I was in a nursing home for 10 yrs. you were one of the first artist that I enjoyed so much. You are very talented. I have been drawing since I was 5 yrs old. I did a lot of things with my art. I just wanted to saw that being in a nursing home is the loneliest place to ever be. Your videos inspired me, they helped me and I just wanted to tell you that I feel close to you like your my younger sister. I’m 61 yrs old so that’s why o said younger. I have type I I diabetes and I lost both legs below the knee . The left hand( my artist hand) I lost the finger tips on my index, middle and ring finger. I also broke my wrist 20 yrs ago and then in 2019 the ambulance EMTs dropped me and I put out my left wrist for balance and shattered my radius. I am still determined to draw. I hold my pens really weird but I still can draw. Thru all these tough times you were there. Thank you. I didn’t care about what you were talking on you were a comfort to me. Like a video bestie. Lol😅 thank you.
I think Rae should go through her sketchbooks and get all of her test swatches together of every medium and make a paper mosaic!! It would be so cool with all the different products she’s used
That’s a LOT of money to blow on art supplies, but if I had it to blow on art supplies, I would SO do this! I can’t tell you how many times I said, “Ooooh!” or “OMG, that’s so COOL!!!” So now I need to go shopping and blow at least a little money on some of the cool stuff they sell 😊 Btw, loved the end result of your painting, it was beautiful! ❤
you have really helped me with my anxiety and my panic attacks when i feel sad i watch you and this is one of the times that you made me feel better. thankyou i hope you never stop making videos like this!❤️
You could prep a bunch of unusual surfaces with the black. Wood panels, cardboard, etc. Or...Find some thrift store knickknacks, paint them black 3 and then add in details with Lit/superbase.
Have you ever tried the Giotto supplies? I don't exactly know if they are popular in other parts of the world like the rest of Europe but their pretty popular in Italy 🤗
Video ideas for your new supplies. Get a big big canvas and use all the black and metallics for a unique striking piece. Maybe use the whitest white beneath some neon. There's so much you can do. Go BIG.
The pigment might be cool in epoxy Paint the inside of 2 boxes big enough to put your artwork IN, and use the white and black to take pics Use the black and white in a checkerboard pattern, use the stick to create a line drawing and do glow/ neon and change the pigments with with the black and white....
How about using the big paint to do a big project for a fundraiser? It could be a black and white painting. A huge mural? Or divvy it up to fans or a group art project or creating B&W portraits for one winner from every state?
With the black paint you could put them in smaller bottles and give them away or take and put suranwrap on them and put the lids back on top of the smaller bottles and suranwrap n it will save it to keep longer.
The art piece turned out so cool! I’ve been mesmerized by a TikToker that makes paint out of powder makeup and she mixes and gets any clumps out of the powder with a paint muller- it gives the endorphins to watch.
I'd paint something on my car with the colour changing paint...🤩...imagine!! Just a small decal on the back. In the summer it would be a different colour...🤤!! Love it!!

You should do a large painting with the black and white paint
I absolutely love the LIT pigments, I think that's my favourite one. The super base smells so nice too ahha
Dat chrome doe. I love metallics so much, I love the silver and gold but the chrome reminds me of old appliances and cars and tools, it's great!
You know it's gonna be a good day when new RaeDizzle video comes out. The final artwork looks very cool 👌 Ps: I love your hair dryer :D
I know right, ikr
Rain, new video upload, and coffee… today is just a perfect video! Thank you Rae!! 🙏🏽
You make the most amazing projects! No matter what materials you have, it's wonderful!! Love everything you do!
With the black paint you could get a HUGE canvas and paint it black and then use the pigments and stuff to make an abstract neon galaxy using the glass as stars and the glowing pigments you could even use the green one to make like a Rick and morty portal!
You have to use Black 3.0 within a month? I’ve had mine for over 2years and it still works perfectly. Maybe give it a good shake before using?
She said she shook it
@@NKC228 huh. Weird, wonder if it has something to do with the climate, I’m in the UK and she lives around Nevada or one of the hotter states 🤔
I can barely draw a stick figure but I’m always down to watch a Rae art video.
Culture hustle is great I've been buying their stuff for years
I love that shade of blue, and the pigment powders look beautiful! The painting you made might be my favourite of all the paintings you've made.
I think Rae should go through her sketchbooks and get all of her test swatches together of every medium and make a paper mosaic!! It would be so cool with all the different products she’s used
5:36 I don’t know why but I’m getting so triggered by how much product you’re wasting lol 😂😂
If that's an actual trigger a psychologist will help
paint your ceiling then use the glow and neon powders and the phaze stuff to paint a nebular space design on top
We love you Rae ❤️❤️
That’s a LOT of money to blow on art supplies, but if I had it to blow on art supplies, I would SO do this! I can’t tell you how many times I said, “Ooooh!” or “OMG, that’s so COOL!!!” So now I need to go shopping and blow at least a little money on some of the cool stuff they sell 😊
Btw, loved the end result of your painting, it was beautiful! ❤
people gatekeeping a color are surely the worst ngl
you have really helped me with my anxiety and my panic attacks when i feel sad i watch you and this is one of the times that you made me feel better. thankyou i
hope you never stop making videos like this!❤️
You could prep a bunch of unusual surfaces with the black. Wood panels, cardboard, etc. Or...Find some thrift store knickknacks, paint them black 3 and then add in details with Lit/superbase.
What also look really cool is if you make a canvas completly black draw something with yhe white paint and than use the pigments to make it pop
Your videos make we want to learn how to do some type of art. I think I want to learn to paint. Every time you do watercolor paintings I fall in love
I just wanna say rae ,good job on reaching almost 2 mill 🤩🤩
Those are such unique and imaginative art supplies! I love your artwork and how you used the vibrant colors!
Wow the painting you made blew my mind! You’re so talented ❤
This... is...EPIC! Ah, that's why I love this channel so much! Thanks for sharing Rae! 😍😍
Have you ever tried the Giotto supplies? I don't exactly know if they are popular in other parts of the world like the rest of Europe but their pretty popular in Italy 🤗
Glowing neon pigments stuck over the white on a black 3.0 back would gorgeous
Don’t use glitter made from glass. That’s terrible from the environment
No it's not... plastic glitter is bad
Happy 2023! Love how vibrant everything is, looked awesome in your painting! :)
Video ideas for your new supplies. Get a big big canvas and use all the black and metallics for a unique striking piece. Maybe use the whitest white beneath some neon. There's so much you can do. Go BIG.
⤴️
IDEA 💡 Divide your black and white paint up into 2oz bottles, and have a random drawing with your subscriber’s, if picked, they/we pay the postage.
This is so cool I wanna see a portrait go from beautiful to turn the light off and it goes to a different picture of the person completely different
The pigment might be cool in epoxy
Paint the inside of 2 boxes big enough to put your artwork IN, and use the white and black to take pics
Use the black and white in a checkerboard pattern, use the stick to create a line drawing and do glow/ neon and change the pigments with with the black and white....
How about using the big paint to do a big project for a fundraiser? It could be a black and white painting. A huge mural?
Or divvy it up to fans or a group art project or creating B&W portraits for one winner from every state?
Maybe a giant canvas, paint it black, and then use the glow-in-the-dark pigment with the glue. To put on specific spots.
This video was so much fun! And, your final project is so, so pretty. I wish I could hang it on my wall! Thank you for this romp of a video!
First comment!!! Can I get a ❤️❤️❤️
No, shut up
💔
If you need ideas for the black paint, I would ask Jazza. He's always got some fun whacky ideas on how to use things different ways.
With the black paint you could put them in smaller bottles and give them away or take and put suranwrap on them and put the lids back on top of the smaller bottles and suranwrap n it will save it to keep longer.
I’d take that black paint, slather myself down in it, then go traumatize some ghost hunters in an abandoned building.
😂
The art piece turned out so cool! I’ve been mesmerized by a TikToker that makes paint out of powder makeup and she mixes and gets any clumps out of the powder with a paint muller- it gives the endorphins to watch.
⤴️
ah! I’ve never been this early! love ya! I’m a new subscriber and I’ve binge watched your videos for hours! have a wonderful day Rae! ❤️
I feel like the Phaze, Black and White, Stick and Pigments SCREAM to do a HUGE Space Nebula Mural Piece
Always waiting for your videos Rae!love you girl!!😍😍😻❤️
Wow. The painting you created is bomb. I'm so in love!
Use the black and the white on your wall to make a big wall painting 10:44
I think you can use the 1L darkest and brightest color to paint a wall, making it a wall monocrome artt
Instead of wasting all the black paint I suggest to make a giant portrait only using black paint and then sketching with a white pencil
Paint shoes with the black paint and also maybe paint your wall or a bed frame
Maybe you could paint a backdrop with all the black & white paint? Take the black & use it as a base to prime a bunch of canvasses?
Love you and your channel always 💖
Rae!!! You're amazing!!! I seriously love all your content!!! You inspire me to draw
Rae, could you please make a video about product that you use in your make-up looks. Your looks in every video are like work of art! ❤
I'd paint something on my car with the colour changing paint...🤩...imagine!! Just a small decal on the back. In the summer it would be a different colour...🤤!! Love it!!
👋🏻 New viewer here. Your painting at the end was gorgeous! If monochrome realism is your usual style, stepping outside of that once in awhile to do something like this can be so invigorating. 😍
