I used to preach that to the students that were about to graduate the X-ray program. When they would rotate through my department, I would casually ask them what they plan to do after graduation. Answer was buy a house and a car. I always told them, don’t go out and buy the most expensive car you can buy, buy a decent reliable car, and buy as your first house a fixer-upper, live in it ,fix it up ,sell it for a profit and work your way up. Don’t go into enormous debt to where you’re living paycheck to paycheck as soon as you graduate.
I’m an owner/operator of a small business for the past 20-years, and I’m pretty happy with how things turned out. My bank treats me like a rockstar, I feel, and not the lowest of the low, as you suggested. Maybe they’ve just made a bunch of interest money off me and see me as a “good customer.” I loved the car comment, “Must be nice.” I drive a 2020 Shelby GT500 and I get that all the time. Feels good, huh?
Thanks Nathan. Good advice. Been there now doing that. With some of your nuggets I can use them to formulate a future dialog with my son. I have never spoiled him so that isn't the problem. He is just stubborn. He is starting a family soon and I hope he will listen to advice. I have no problem communicating to doctors, lawyers but to my kid it is completely different. So Thanks for the ideas.
I don't have the luxury of running to mommy and daddy, they're poor too... I wouldn't say me and the wife are poor, we don't live paycheck to paycheck. We have a decent account together but we live in a single wide and don't live beyond our means. But, we don't have credit, the bank wouldn't let us borrow a dime...... I see a future where the banks will fail...I see enterprises all the time borrowing money and then filling bankruptcy. As far as heartache and antidepressants..... Dude, my brother committed suicide with my .22 rifle and I was the one who found him in the back yard...... Years ago but not a waking moment I don't think about it, her didn't leave a note. Still, I'm not blaming the economy as some might think, in waiting for the housing market to crash(it will)
Are you trying to set some kind of record for the most click bait titles ever?
Its how RUclips works now sadly...

Man I miss this mre channel.
It’s like people don’t realize how RUclips works. If he doesn’t say certain words or says certain words in the title. The algorithm will be better.
Love the video.
Well said!
