That looks rad. How much was that? Did you ride the ski area too? What did you think of that?

The current cost is $349 per person. I think it was about half that when I went. Didn’t get to ride the resort though.

Looks like a lot of fun. I keep trying to talk my dad into doing a day like this, but he's older and scared it will be crazy lines like they have in jeremy jones films haha. The gopro never does steepness justice but this looks doable for him. I'll show him your vid and hope he comes around....cheers.

It depends on where you go, how steep the runs are. These were mellow and tons of fun, and seems like your dad could totally do it. There was an 80-year-old skiing the same day in the cat too!

What do you guys do for a living?!?! All these adventures must cost a fortune and a ton of time off! As young man just starting my career in sales I can’t even imagine being able to afford the trip let alone get the time off.

We use all our vacation days for the year in the first four months visiting ski resorts. The trips are self funded and we learned how to keep costs somewhat reasonable but it helps that one of us is a journalist/freelance writer in the travel/adventure/health wellness area so some of the trips are for work and we make a video on the side for fun. Save up some vacation days and use them strategically and save some money for it and it can be attainable after a few years starting out a career. I suppose we go snowboarding instead of owning a house.
