I’d rather not rush it, too many people were sentenced to death row only later found to be innocent.
@@RB01.10 there’s more people sitting on death row that earned that sentence than the excuse of those who are falsely accused. If you are that untrusting of our judicial system to carry out their sentences because “someone might be innocent”, maybe there shouldn’t even be a justice system.

Been a lot of people on death row who prosecutors and LE said were guilty but DNA proved they were not. This is why there should not be a death penalty.
@Jeanne90275, it's getting harder to believe in our Judicial system. The prosecutors are more concerned about getting guilty decisions using ANY means possible than they are in actually finding and prosecuting the responsible party/parties. Our Judiciary is just not trustworthy now! ☹️ 😠 😡 🤔

@@NancyK-cu6xj I looked it up he was basically being evicted from his apartment for harassing the woman he killed. So stalking her. They did have a relationship she was trying to end. They assume the husband was there with her and so they both got shot. But hes still in denial. He also had arrest warrants from out of state but I didnt see for what.

Well, in this particular case, he’s probably guilty, but there are many other cases where prosecutors lie and concealed evidence to get people locked up innocent people locked up for their own political aspirations. I hope when he is going to say his last words, he admits the truth because what’s the point of lying at that point
Right. Like Rodney Reed (TX) whose execution was halted about 4 yrs. ago, and his case went to Supreme Court which ruled that he could pursue dna testing to prove his innocence. I do think this man is innocent, because there's a lot of evidence against her fiance at the time (who was a Bastrop Co. police officer) as being an abuser of women. it does seem probable that the police dept back then might've planted evidence against Mr. Reed.

Some police officers and detectives have been found guilty of planting evidence and there are many innocent people serving time . If you are a minirity member or have no money chances are you will not be treated fairly. Saf to hear he comes from a christian home and this is happening. In September 2009, Hosier broke into Victim's apartment and shot and killed Victim and her husband. At the time Victim was killed, her purse contained an application for a protective order against Hosier, service information indicating she knew Hosier had a prior criminal record and possessed several firearms, and a third document stating she was afraid Hosier might shoot her and her husband." - Hosier v. well if he dies - then he escapes his fate, if not - then that is his sentence. Why wouldn't the state not execute someone just because they are ill?? There are lots of people who may be mentally ill by the time they come to their date, does that mean they don't get executed either? Why didn't news nation challenge him on his statement he wasn't in the city, etc or at least reviewed the facts of the case before the interview? Police recovered from Hosier's vehicle 15 firearms, numerous forms of ammunition, a bulletproof vest, a crowbar, latex gloves, a homemade police baton, and a knife. All of the firearms found inside the vehicle were loaded except for a STEN submachine gun, which was determined to be the murder weapon. Upon his arrest, Hosier said something to the effect of “shoot me, and get it over with” or “end it” to police numerous times.
He better repent before dying. Eternity is a long time.

Well, "I do believe in Jesus Christ, my Lord and salvation. I believe in God. I believe in reading the Bible", but "not only do I maintain" my innocence, "I am innocent". What all these criminals do is "punish" law enforcement persons by claiming innocence. Something that is terrible in itself goes to vengeful retaliation and retribution. It's like they think and act to a fallacious mindset that claims, "you put me in jail, so I am not going to let you sleep because I will make you think that I am innocent, and you deprived me of my liberty and life".
