Time and test....and more time and test. It is a journey I think for most people but I think people need to respect that getting there is like all other aspects of this sport...time and test. My current theory is it will take most people a year two of actively working on it to actually get there. If it isn't comfortable...it isn't right.
Thank you for asking , I love them. I put Profile Design on a Giant TCR. I really put in effort in techniques I saw in this video. Very well done as usual from GTN. In April doing sprint Triathlon. Have a peaceful day 🚴♂️
I'm much more comfortable on my Tri-bike than my road bike (weird I know). All the pressure on my road bike is on my butt and hands. I do like the visibility on my road bike though.
An entire video on the best tt shorts please. All seem to have seems in fro t which makes no sense. Pro tips appreciated for all issues re triathlon shorts please. Love the videos. You guys should blow through 1M subscribers in 2020
A bit of advice: the background noise is way too loud at around 3:20. My ear is complaining non-stop. Otherwise a great video: about to buy my first tri bike on Sunday, had no experience setting one up, this vid helps a lot!
Hey Mark, what mount do you use for your polar bike computer? yours looks perfectly fitting but i could not find a identical one for polar, only for garmin.
#gtncoachescorner Hello, I struggle with the ratio between aero and ventilation to find a suitable triathlon bicycle helmet because I am a heavy sweater. a TT helmet with visor is usually too warm and lacks the necessary ventilation, sweat keeps dripping on my visor and it steams up. a "normal" aero bicycle helmet with glasses is possible, but then you have the same problem on the glasses without the small advantage of the TT helmet. I sometimes wear a gripgrab summer skull cap, but it's a take or give in terms of heat output through my head, especially from half-distance races. What advice can you give for heavy sweaters in the aero bars and the choice of helmet?
How about for 2020 we don’t use the term “game changer” anymore. If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that in a group ride I’d be rich and not no what flipping game I’m playing.
What are your tips for getting comfortable & aero? Let us know!
Wear well fitted full finger gloves, especially if you have sweaty palm problem
Head on over to GCN!

Ride a recumbent.
Which shoes is she wearing? Are they a new colorway in the r1?
Needed to play the video twice because of this awesome dazzle-camouflage-look of the frame.
Stretching quads is also important. A lot of people pedal knees out on the top of the pedal stroke because of limited knee flexion.
Riding Berk Dila 140mm on my road bike *and* on my TT. Very happy with them.
Very helpful videos GTN ! I’m putting aero bars on my bike in a week. Will apply these tips. Peace be with you
How are you doing with the aero bars

What particular streching excercises increase the flexibility I need to get more "aero"?
I love that bike 😍
0:16 up right?! Boy , i feel like i'm doing limbo every time i go for a ride
A good bike fittings for me is essential to get the best comfortable position on the TT bike

What stretches?
I am looking at doing my first half Iron this year. My bike however is a Giant Defy. Is this a massive problem or still doable ?
We don't ride Giant's but we know it's doable 🙂
Where can I buy an aero repair kit/saddle bag like Mark's?
Crunches !
A lot easier if you already ride in tuck with bent elbows on road bike..
damn, i dot have a good running technique and i would be last ouf of the water cuz i dont know how to swim.
Abandon any relationship you may have because they are in fact not aero.
Thats one sexy Bike !
Water bottles mounted on the inside of the frame are not so aero😧

My TT bike is far more comfortable than my road bike.
you should consider an electric vehicle when filming these videos.. the motor sounds is terrible.
