Thank-you very much for detailed repair info. I got my dual tube neon working again. It was the missing brass caps! I manually soldered the connections and works like new. Too bad I'd tossed my previous clock as it would have had the same issue...

How tocorrect the time? Takeoff all the screws? On the front.
Or open the round circle on the back?

There's a knob on the side of the clock to adjust the hands of the clock to correct the timing but if that doesn't work then you have to take the screws all around the cover where the glass is and take the cover out, then you'll be able to adjust the hands manually

@@theneonsignguystore OOPS! I turned it upside down and the second hand fell off. So i will do the screws and reattach the second hand
