There are many videos in RUclips where Iris Apfel reveals her diet. I'm sure they are relatively easy to find. But in short: fiber from warm cereal, antioxidants from colourful (of course!) fruits and vegetables, little wine, and only lean meat, everything in moderation. And never fast food, candies or soda. When she wanted to indulge herself, she ate a piece of pumpkin pie.
