Beth, I'm just starting out. I used to do yoga all the time until I tore my TFCC in a totally unrelated incident. I cannot bear weight flat on my palms. Do you have any suggestions (or video links) for modified positioning for poses that are unattainable to those with range of motion issues? Or, do you know of a trusted source that discusses this issue?
