Hey guys, here is a tutorial for an amazing mentalism effect I call 7H. Imagine one unknown card is selected and placed in the spectators pocket, the spectators then intuit the colour, suit and value of the card (no equivoque) only to find the card they choose to be the card that has been in the pocket the whole time. NO force, NO switches, ALL clean! This effect is very neat as it uses what I would call "jazz mentalism". I really appreciate you taking some time to watch this tutorial. It’s filled with details because needs to be. There is so much that goes into convincing sleight of hand and deception. I implore you to watch it all as even if you’re more experienced, there will be something for you to take away from this. Enjoy!

Great dude! Awesome tutorial. Instead of forcing face cards, using 7 is a great choice. Cuz, most people say 7(even I tried with 3 of my friends, 2 of them said "7"). btw 7 is also popular(Cr7, week-7days, 7 wonders). This drives them crazy literally. Great explanation dude. hi reid! great explanation on this effect. i would appreciate it if you could go a little more in depth on the hearts force. i have seen this done before (I think it was alex pandrea) but if the spectator were to be stopped on diamonds, and they were asked what suit it would be if they changed their mind once more, even though they say hearts , in their heads they are still aware that they were stopped on diamonds. in this case, how do you get them to believe that the selection is hearts and not get suspicious?
