It would not work sadly as what he said was prior to the new law, the reality is if a new law is imposed it can't be enforced on violations prior to the activation date of the law and can only be applied to violations going forward. These polotions are not stupid even if they look stupid and they would not make a law that could be turned on them

I've made a complaint about that speech to Scotland Police online. I feel insulted and hurt that my ancestry is being attacked that I am bad because I am white Caucasian.
