The perfect wiggle-wiggle takes lots of practice. Anyone can do a wiggle-wiggle, but only Lauren does it so well and seemingly effortlessly.

When I was a child the way you jumprope it was called the hot potato I did the double Dutch that was hard to do but I did do that because back then use kids had to take of us most of the time because my MOM was working and I did not have my dad in my life I done very well with out him in my life

Does the skipping in itself keep you fit? Just wondering why the need for the gym.
I think most people jump on holiday. Don’t think I would be gyming it though. Had bad experience in hotel gym tore all tendons in my calf ended up in a+e. Do you train till failure or just certain feps😊

ATTENTION lauren jumps: you should make a step by step video on how fo do these trucks your doing. Changing direction 180 degrees back and forth to letting completly go with 1 hand and being able yo grab it again while still jumping rope. Even just starting out for beginners. The timing you need just to do a basic jump WITHOUT your feet getting caught. Even down to the right hand position. It's a very smart way to excersize for cardio that in general people don't take seriously enough. I didn't until recently. I've watched a few of your recent video's. Those tricks......cool.
