I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and had a string of back-to-back illnesses from September-October. I first had food poisoning, then suspected bronchitis (although never diagnosed), and then a confirmed case of COVID. Now, at 36 weeks, my baby is being diagnosed with myocarditis. I can't find any scientific literature on a fetus acquiring myocarditis. In fact, I can't even find a mention of it at all anywhere - after hours of scouring Google and Facebook for ANYTHING, I can't find one single family that has dealt with this diagnosis in-utero or right after birth. Maybe you could shed some light on the matter?
