Once the whole thing has been completed, lay it on its back then take a measurement of the width and length. (Of the bottom part)Cut a rectangle piece of wood attach it to the bottom with either nails or screws and then use a router to cut the excess material. If you don’t have a router you can use a jigsaw too, even a hand saw 🪚 But a router is the way to go and easier. I hope this helps.!!
Hi thank you for sharing this video and can you please let me know what kind of of wood did you use for the sides? It looks so bendable and easy to work but you didn’t specify what kind of plywood is it Thanks 😊

Awesome job the 1/8 board how wide did you cut the arch strips that wrap around the 1/2 inch wood
4” wide
@@JSDIYNSTUFF2024thanks
I ❤️it
Thank you 🙏🏽
Did the hard board bend and not break. I tried and the hardboard broke on the tight radius
It did not break, my strips were 4” wide and I had no problem with it bending over the arch.
You cut the arches with the jigsaw, the rest with the saw, the jigsaw cut is thinner than the saw blade. Did it not affect you when assembling?
The difference was less than 1/6” of an inch so I sanded down the sides and the minor gaps were filled in with silicone caulk
Hi how long did this take you to make
It took me about 7 hours total start to finish
How did you attach the sign and the balloon garland
The sign with a couple of tiny nails and the balloon garland with double sided tape
Hope this helps
THANXXXX for the response
