  • Homemade chainsaw "Easy Cut" stand. Works well with an old MS260 fitted with a Farmertech (Holzfforma) piston and cylinder. The bar was one of several purchased secondhand, dressed and fitted with a length of Oregon full chisel 3/8" .063 chain.
Everything in this build, including the chainsaw body was either purchased secondhand or salvaged from the scrap pile.

Awesome! You broke my heart ! when you flipped it on it’s side ,then put fuel in it! I thought for sure you were going to use it as a saw mill and run that log through it ! But no you showed me you are just a mortal man ! Broke my heart!
Real nice fabrication and I appreciate the way you filmed all the important things that you need to make it work! Broke my heart!

Excellent idea! At first it looked like a hazard to fall on, but then realized the clever throttle lever incorporated into it for safety (and convenience). Could've used this back when I heated with wood!

    Ingenious!
You have a marketable product in that. File an intent to patent application FAST! That way at least you have established prior artwork with the patent office. It does not cost much to do at least that and it does offer you some protection.

Please do a follow up video so we can build one, ;-)

Es ist gefährlich so zu schneiden, ruck zuck ist die Hand ab. Die Motorbremse nutzt nichts wenn beide Hände das Holz halten

guy#1 " uuuuuhuh, but you just picked up, held, and wrestled 2000lb of logs and branches tho..."
    guy#2 "deeeeerp"
guy#1 "yup, good job...or good luck and keep those thumbs tucked."
