Mountain Oceans - PNW mountain surfing FPV

This place is special here in the NW. Some of the best peaks and chutes in close proximity to the highway. There's always two sides to mountain surfing. The first part of this video is the all out chute riding and slashing lines for those long fast runs to the bottom. The second half is where you are really in tune with everything your quad is doing. At 5km out a lot is happening while riding ridges with wind hitting you on both sides as you coast on your line and enjoy the views. All this while constantly watching your LQ, voltage, amp draw, LOS position, and managing your internal clock on when its time to go back home with just enough in the reserves. I encourage all FPV pilots to experience these moments at some point. More from this trip soon. Enjoy!
