I’m in a situation where
I have a very rare abdominal pregnancy with multiples . I have my mri , and can see them clearly.
No doctor has helped me. It’s sad how little doctors do for people anymore. They DONT CARE. They DONT listen. It’s not their problem when it’s something different or difficult.
Would you read my abdomen MRI ? Btw please consider it , please. I have NO ONE who is actually willing to help me. No one should ever have to go through this hell . I’ll even allow you to use my mri to teach this rare situation!
I am in a situation where I don’t even know what to do! It’s the worst thing I’ve been through
Thanks for the video ...add audio to explain the technique and what's going on to make it friendly for learners
Sure I will
Always easy to diagnose ruptured ectopic than unruptured
Diagnostic in a few seconds, but the operator prolongs the transvaginal ultrasound scan for many minutes, why? It is painful to the woman due to peritoneal presence of blood.
I often come across such cases on my daily basis.. N it's v interesting to R/O ectopic on TVS.
Follicular cyst /large follicle is always on the side of ectopic
Together with the patient’s pain are excellent guide you toward the site of ectopic
that didnt consider as cyst yet?
@@me-uq1tp
above 30mm is a corpus luteal cyst
that one looks above 30mm
@@me-uq1tp
any how the cyst or the large follicle is not important
but the point is that: you can search on the side medial to them to find the ectopic gestation
How many minimum week ectopic pregnancy cab be seen on ultrasound

@@amiltonmichael5377 Yes its an adnexal ectopic pregnancy. Most probably in the Fallopian tube, its most common location. You can see a heterogenous adnexal mass adjacent to the ovary showing differential movement and peripheral vascularity. An eccentric gsac is also seen. I'm a radiologist. I see this very often.
@@geoinfierno thank you so much

where is gsac of ectopic pregnancy ???
It's not usually seen as clearly as in case of true intara uterine pregnancy. If uterine cavity has no double decidual Reaction / Gs.... Free fluid is noted. It's ectopic. Anyhow explor laprotomy will b carried out for further evaluation.
Thanks
