I want a pair but not gonna lie, no salt water is a major deal breaker for this Floridian. I was really looking forward to looking Extreme AF on my Ski-doo PWC I was going to buy the miami shades to match the teal and white jet ski I have

I underestimated the size of the originals. My Night Falls looked like little kid sunglasses on my head. Look at the size difference compared to how wide your face is and go from there. If it’s the wrong size they’ll exchange them for another size for free

Watch out when dealing with this company. I bought a pair of high priced sunglasses for my grandson. Within hours of submitting my order they email me with another deal reducing their prices 50% if you submitted an order at a designated time. I immediately emailed them asking for the deal. They did not respond until after the 50% sale was over. Then they told me I was too late to get their deal. Not good customer relations and don't buy from their website. There are many other ways to buy this product so forget about the hype off their site and do your research before buying.
The original size should fit most everybody, but they do have the double wife’s if you have a bigger head. But I have a buddy and he can wear either size no problem. The great thing about these too is the adjustability of the glasses so you can sort of customize them to fit more comfortably
haha still no ocean! they may stay on for a shark wrestle but the salt water flakes the lenses SOOOO bad. I wear them to the ocean but leave them up by the chairs in the Sand!
The pair I ordered lasted about two weeks. Tried to clean them and the purple tint cleaned right off. 100$ shades should last at least three weeks. Horribly disappointed.
Did you take them in the ocean? The salt water is what took the tint off my first pair. If you contact their customer service you can send them back and they’ll expedite you a new pair
I only tried to clean them with breath moisturizer and microfiber. Cleaned the tint off without much cleaning effort at all. Thanks for the reply and advice. 😊

Still waiting to hear back. They are actually my sons. He wanted to buy direct from their website to support the company. Paid three times what Ebay charged and he was happy to pay. If we got them off eBay we would absolutely have had costumer service by now. How are you supposed to wipe them clean without damaging them? I hate watching my children learn about senseless disappointments.
I run them under fresh water , if there’s mud I’ll just get it with my fingers while rinsing them, and let them air dry and then dab them off with a lens cleaning cloth
Haha. I’m a super heavy sweat-er myself and I’ve never had an issue with that. And I’ve used them on some long super hot cycling/mtb rides, hiking etc. It was literally just the salt water 🤷🏻♂️

I’ve worn mine in the pool a lot and the chlorine has never seemed to have been an issue. If I wear them in the pool, I always just rinse them in the sink really quick when I’m don’t just to be on the safe side and I’ve never had an issue. I just run them under the water for a few seconds. Salt water has been the only thing I’ve had mess them up

To be fair. I definitely see where you’re coming from. I’ve been using them for about a year and a half at this point. I’ve seen them get popular, fade out a bit and then make a comeback. Loved the glasses the entire time. I will say the fact that they can’t be used around salt water is a bit of a bummer. I still took them to the beach last week. I just wouldn’t get them anywhere near the water. It’s a bummer but not a huge deal breaker for me personally simply because I go to the beach 1-2 weeks out of the year because we live nowhere near the coast
I’ve sweated in mine A TON on countless road bike rides, mtb, kayak trips, and hiking at Glacier National park and mine were fine literally till I took them into the ocean. I think being submerged in the salt water fully is what did it. Because it was just an hour or so later when it started to flake

My only problem I have with my pit vipers is the nose pieces don’t last very long and I use the Z87 lenses for work love them but the nose pieces suck

Just an FYI for anyone that cares, human sweat is salt water and apparently damages these very expensive sunglasses. 😎😯😦🤬
I’ve sweated in mine A TON on countless road bike rides, mtb, kayak trips, and hiking at Glacier National park and mine were fine literally till I took them into the ocean. I think being submerged in the salt water fully is what did it. Because it was just an hour or so later when it started to flake
