Mommy needs a break lol Plus those puppies are a little old to still be drinking from her. If they can eat regular dog food, they shouldn't be drinking that.
I would suggest putting the her dish on a higher platform so she doesn’t strain her neck when eating, I would also separate her from the pups, so she can have some time to herself to eat in peace.
The correct position for dogs to eat is from the floor height it gives them more time to bite on what they are eating ,gravity helps which reduces choking

The world is over populated with dogs that are unloved and EUTHANIZED DAILY 😢so seeing stuff like this pi$$es me right the F OFF!
