I installed this, but I am having major problems with actually getting customers to checkout. When they go to checkout, they are greeted by a message that says "you must be logged in to checkout". This only happens when they have the subscription in the cart. The problem is, they have no subscription so they have no account to log in to. How do I get around this? I installed this, but I am having major problems with actually getting customers to checkout. When they go to checkout, they are greeted by a message that says "you must be logged in to checkout". This only happens when they have the subscription in the cart. The problem is, they have no subscription so they have no account to log in to. How do I get around this? The video does not touch on that at all.

Hi, 1) Can I allow our users to gift a subscription? I think they would have to enter their billing info but then would need a separate section to enter the gift recipients' info as well. 2) How do I manage a user that is On-hold? When I set an Initial Fee of 3 $, then will this 3 $ initial fee be charged to a subscription buyer together with a subscription fee whenever the recurring terms end?
For example, I set a 3$ initial fee and a 30$ subscription fee, then will the buyer be charged 33$ for the next recurring period?

If I add a simple product with a 3-month renewal AND shipping rate, will the customer be charged that same shipping rate every time they have to pay? Or should I set up a yearly renewal and charge the full subscription instead of a recurring one?
