Terrific travel ideas! I also bring an Earth Breeze Laundry Sheet in a snack size zip lock bag in case I need to wash out something. You can easily rip the sheet to use 1/4 of a sheet to wash something in the sink. I’m ordering several of your suggestions for my grand daughter who travels a lot for sports and for her 4H show pigs. She’s a girlie girl and loves her jewelry and bling. I know she will love that magnetic pill box for her earrings & a couple necklaces. That little mirror will also be used for putting in contacts and her makeup. I travel with my quilting buddies so I’ll be using lots of your suggestions too like that fan! Thank you for sharing your travel tips! 🥰
Thank you! I have seen the laundry sheets, but never tried them. So, I will have to do that, thanks for the tip! I hope your Granddaughter loves these travel items as much as I do. And the fan is a MUST for your next trip, it's such a life saver!
Instead of the tide pen, i use the shout wipes. They come in a packet and not only do they remove whatever you spill, they also work as a stain remover because it stays on the spill and when you wash the item it already has stain remover on it. I recently subscribed and am having a great time watching your videos. I have looked for a long time for someone more like me when packing and small travel items. Lol any store we go in my husband knows we will end up at the travel size stuff in the store.
Majority of my item I bought for travel I got from Temu. I have a storage case so all my travel essentials are all in one place so when I get ready for a trip everything is there and I can repurchase if something ran out or gets low. I have many of the items you purchased or comparable. There are a few things you mentioned I will purchase. Some other items I bought: travel size wash clothes very durable comes compact but when wet full wash cloth. travel Lysol, travel clothes wash sheets, travel, mini hand paper soap, alarm door stop, personalized alarm. I might do an essential video of items I have. I never did a video before.
@ThickGirlzGuide definitely check out the items I listed they are pretty cool especially the compact wash cloths. I appecite you mentioning the travel hangers that is one of the items I put in my cart
Always stay under the weight with luggage, even if the scale is accurate. Once I was traveling home from vacation, and made a stop over for a day to visit family. When I left my destination, my luggage was under weight by a pound or two. At my stop over, I took a few things out (I added nothing back in). Got back to the airport and they told me my luggage was overweight. Idk if they were lying or their scales vary, but I was so upset. Stay underweight as much as possible.
Oh no! I do try to keep it a bit under for this exact reason. I will say my luggage scale hasn't failed me yet but that's a good rule for travel in general.
That is so accurate about Europe! We were out in Paris and it was beautiful then out of nowhere it started POURING 😮😮😮. The hotel had given my friend an umbrella but it was so bad it broke on him! Thankfully we didn’t get soaked and it went back to sunny but lesson learned always keep an umbrella over there 😂
My air conditioner was on eco mode and started blowing right when you turned on the mini fan, and it tripped me out so bad😂😂 I’ve been binge watching ur vids all day to prepare for my upcoming weekend trip😊
Great video! I am getting the portable fan. Too bad they do not make an umbrella that charges lol. I thought I had it all. There are always new products.
Great finds. The 3 in 1 fan light charger; the phone stand and clamper amd the glitter phone charger is fab. I have a travel speaker and vanity case with threads and scissors is great too. Love all these. Pls give us more 5ips and small items. Woukd you know of a small portable but efficient steam iron?? Woukd be great if you find one
Thank you, I have a travel steamer that works very well, but to me it's still pretty big for travel, so I am looking for something smaller. Maybe a travel iron would be the way to go!
I have never found a good travel flat iron, so I just take my regular one which is by Sam Villa. Here's the link for it if you'd like to check it out. amzn.to/44B4Bif now it's pricy but it's amazing, it does not snag your hair, it will flat iron in one pass (my thick hair friends are even impressed with it when they use it) and it automatically turns off after 60 mins in case you forget to unplug it.
I'd rather have a small refillable bottle of face wash, mouth wash, a small refillable container with toothpaste, and my quip travel toothbrush instead of the Wisp. Why? There is too much disposable plastic in the world, and it does not have toothpaste. The little blue dot is more kind to sugar-free gum (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Flavor, Gelatin, Sorbitol, Sucralose, FD&C Blue No. 1) Sorbitol helps reduce dry mouth, to help not promote plaque. Its negatives are that even in small amounts, it can cause gastrointestinal issues like gas, bloating, and abdominal cramps.
I use multiple contact lenses cases for face wash, face scrub, face cream, Vicks, Vaseline, etc… just enough for a week to 10 days for me using both L and R for the creams and lotions. 5 packs a dollar tree, and a marker to write the contents. Works great when other stuff has to go in the quart size bag.
I luv to carry cute travel everyday items in my purse because you never know when you might need something. Thanks for sharing! I am a new subbie and I am binge watching your videos!!
I also purchased shampoo in a soap bar. They have in Amazon the shampoo and conditioner. If you are planning a trip to Asia, purchase the soap sheets and toilet covers. They normally do not put hand soap in their bathrooms. I found that even in the US some household do not use hand soap!!! I love the portable fan/flashlight and charger. I will check it out because I also want the fan noise to sleep. On a cruise ship, it’s essential to take a flashlight too. But since all Apple phones have one integrated, you might now need to take one. Another one of my favorites are shower caps. I buy them at the dollar store. Most hotels and cruise ship no longer provide you with shower caps. Thanks for the great ideas.
I am skeptical of a shampoo bar lol, I need to try one though, just to see. I love that little fan, it's awesome! And taking a shower cap is a must, so good call out. I love the dollar store and that's great place to snag travel essentials too!
I wish I had a small sewing kit on my last holiday. My dress strap broke the first time I had worn it and I was gutted I could wear it. I know have bought that same little kit to keep one in my handbag and one I take on holiday with me. I keep a box of travel items so when packing I don’t miss things.
I travel with my Coach wristlet wallet...I just add a RFID blocking card in the contents of my cards... they protect a group of cards up to an inch thick .. but I personally never travel with that many cards. 😊
Oh thank you!! JUST FOUND YOUR CHANNEL and subscribed. I just ordered 4 items from this video for my domestic trip next month and European trip in August. ❤❤❤
On a cruise, I had my formal night dress’s zipper fail and used tiny basic sewing kit to sew myself in. Really came in clutch
It's a must have! Glad you had it handy for your trip!

Interesting, I will have to try the Shout wipes! When traveling, the smaller the better and when things have more than one use, that's a win.
Band aids always on me. Perfect idea!
They are a must!
Wow! I've watched A LOT of travel essentials videos and you have things (and better prices) that they ll have missed!
Glad it was helpful and that I could show you some different items!
Great video (lots of great products and ideas). Thank you.

Anything with purple sparkles was made for me! 😁
I love bling too
Yasss...when I saw it I just knew I had to have it lol. Sparkle and glitter gets me every time!

Body glide may be good, but I suggest you try Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel. It’s a game changer.
Awesome! Once my Body Glide one runs out, I will try that!
I second the recommendation, you can also use it as a primer under makeup.

Lol it's no joke over there! But break the umbrella due to the rain? That's next level rain!
I enjoyed all the little but valuable gadgets and I also really enjoyed your voice and presentation!
Glad you enjoyed it

LOL too funny!
Great travel vlog. I have a lot of these items or similar, however I saw some new items I’m immediately purchasing for my cruise in March. Ty
Awesome! Have fun on your cruise!
Definitely carry the compact mirror… mine is 10x and standard. Helps putting on mascara since the hotel mirror is never close enough to see.
I love a 10x mirror! I have a regular size one I use all the time. I need to find a travel one
Ty 4 sharing I'm new to flying at 62wish me luck
@@bernardene You’ll do good! Have fun!!
I am so glad RUclips recommended your channel and video. I was recently looking for small items for traveling. Glad this came up. ❤
I'm glad it was helpful for you!
BBWs are some of the most ingenious I tell you
Clever girl lol
Love the Venus travel razor, mine lasted longtime
It's amazing and I love that I can just leave it in my travel bag so I never forget it!
I have a red Bluetooth speaker like that and I also have a pretty round pink one that has a suction cup on it to stick to your shower wall.
Nice! They come in so handy
I have a tiny tip. Scissors! I have psoratic arthritis and need help opening things constantly
Great tip!
@@ThickGirlzGuidebut you have got scissors in your little sewing kit😂
That's true but not everyone can work those tiny things, especially if they have arthritis@@susanthoma1961
TSA took my scissors last year in Bali😩
@@ThickGirlzGuide exactly, arthritis makes it more difficult. Btw, I forgot to say I love this video🎉
I love those travel hangers but I upgraded to the ones that have clips too.
Ooh I will have to look for ones with clips!
That song was a knock off of a 1970's disco song!
Haha, nice!
Great video! I am getting the portable fan. Too bad they do not make an umbrella that charges lol. I thought I had it all. There are always new products.

I use the pink pill case for snackies on the plane.
Interesting, that's a use I never thought of for the pill case.
@@ThickGirlzGuideI can’t take credit, I saw it on another YT channel 😊
I LOVE the Wisp’s!
Me too! They come in so handy!
Great stuff, lady!! But, maybe if we don't need to see tiny details, hold packages back near your shoulder... It stays in focus there.
Ok cool, good feedback, thank you!
@@ThickGirlzGuide Thick girls gotta stick together! LOL

I have never found a good travel flat iron, so I just take my regular one which is by Sam Villa. Love this video, but the clips of pics you said would be on the screen were not on there.
I am going to order me some of these items. Thank you! 😊
Sorry, which clips are missing?
For preventative care for blisters, buy moleskin. Wayyyy better and bigger. Blister pads for recovery.
Great suggestion!
I’d like to see a pack with me next time you are going on a vacation. X
I am planning on filming one for Italy and I also have a trip to New Orlean coming up so I will probably do one for that too.
I have NO patience for JAM HANDS- Luke Danes
Yeessssssss! Lol
Great travel tip list

I So agree !!!! To many disposable items here
Sucralose is poison. I prefer xylitol which is safe and not sugar
Oh boy!😂
Millennial? The gendering of inanimate objects is so highly annoying.
Then don’t watch 🤷🏻♀️ no one is forcing you to. 👋🏻

Trader Joe's shampoo bars are great. Real safe ingredients .

So have you been to italy and do i need a filtered water bottle when we go
I have not, I am planning the trip for Fall of this year. I don't think a filtered water bottle is needed though.
