Realised that these are not yet finished , from before they even go in the house you can see that the road and everything is not finished that’s why it isn’t paved yet. Wait for another more recent video to show the updated finished look

I’ve been to rhyne park with my adoptive mother and the area is quiet and has a friendly environment and everybody minds their own business, you want something just ask anybody in the area and they’ll be glad to assist you and I’ve lived near here for most of my life

The planning community could have done a better job on the layout of these homes. Very regimented, where are the trees? Why are the homes so close together? Why are so many homes cramped together? Lastly for the price of these homes the finishes seem a bit cheap.

Thanks for sharing this development. How long is the drive off the Rosehall main road to this development? It seems like quite the journey, thinking about traveling at night. There are long sections without street lights.
Looks like at least a 20 minute drive off the main road, Ms D is a shorts driver too so it’s quite far away but if you have a car that would be ok? If you rely on public transport something to consider 🙌🏽
I think this unit is over-priced but maybe you're paying for the sea views. The entire interior of the house is made of dry walls and there are no upper level kitchen cupboards. Fixtures are basic. This should cost 10-11 million
The town house 🏠 I like but there is no personality, no character. The other home's are a nice starter home. Can you go up. I wish they would build bigger home's
The land at the entrance maybe privately owned 🤷🏽♀️, also land nearer the main road will be a lot more expensive and then that would be passed onto buyers. But I agree and always say why especially some upmarket developments are set so far inna bush

Those townhouses are giving me eventual "garrison". Why would they attach so many of them together? I counted about a dozen or so, just awful.
